Fantastic experience! My sister and I went together and it was incredibly relaxing. The salon/spa was clean, well decorated and smelled amazing. Days later and my hair still feels clean and smells good! Krissy and her team were professional but relatable. I will be coming back!

I had my first ever head spa treatment today! Bethanie did not disappoint! She was kind and did an amazing job. From the heated table, soothing music and wonderful smelling products it was heaven. I was so relaxed when I left there and I will definitely be back for another one. Thank you Bethanie for a wonderful hour of peace and calmness!

I was gifted a gift certificate for an experience that my daughter told me about with Krissy. The experience? A massage to my scalp mainly but also neck and shoulders. The ambiance was amazingly relaxing. She dryed my hair prior to leaving *thank goodness is a part of the experience. I will definitely save up for this experience again for a delightful treat for me (or bless those "hard to buy for" loved ones.

My wife and I went and saw Kimmy and Bethanie for the relaxation scalp massage and foot massage add-on. It was amazing. Their knowledge when they explained things prior to starting while reviewing our scalp needs was top notch and made us feel like they knew what they were doing and that we could trust them. The warm eye mask was delightful and just overall a great experience. Definitely worth the drive ti Grand Rapids!!

Went here at the recommendation of a friend and I was so satisfied with the whole experience! It was like an ASMR video come to life and was insanely relaxing, professional, and personalized. The scalp analysis before the session was grossly satisfying and I appreciated the discussion about how the session would impact and benefit my scalp. I appreciated the mix of tools used during the scalp massage and the incorporation of the neck and shoulders as well. I was more relaxed than I normally am during a massage, which is saying something. There’s a reason Beauty By K has so many 5-star reviews and I have to leave another one. I’ll absolutely be returning!

My wife got me a men’s scalp treatment with a foot massage for Christmas. It was well worth it! Highly recommend Miya. The owner Krissy was also a pleasure to talk to. She also took very good care of me from a customer service perspective. Definitely a great business to support!
