Faxiangge Scalp Hair Spa

My daughter requested a day at a hair spa for her 20th birthday. We were first time clients & each indulged in the Royal treatment package. We were ushered in promptly by staff who were helpful & made us feel welcomed & comfortable. Both of us had soft shiny tangle free hair for days after the treatments. My scalp & hair never felt better. I would definitely recommend these services for those with long hair. My skin looked amazing & fresh after the facial. Great experience. We will definitely be booking services again in the near future.

The appointment was at 4:30 the service was done before 5:15. My husband didn't get the full 1hr treatment. I went to go check on my husband, they didn't even turn on the massage for his legs. I had to turn on the leg massager machine and cover him with the blanket. My husband liked the scalp wash but said the massage was very minimal and very soft touch and didn't really feel it. He said they could have applied more pressure. They have a birthday special but didn't apply the 50% discount for my husband's 40th birthday. When I booked the appointment I let them know the scalp wash and massage was for his birthday and I even told them when we arrived it was his 40th birthday. They still charge me full price. For what they charge I expected the service to be better and a full 60 minutes. At least the place was very clean and nice. The staff were friendly but you could tell they didn't really want to talk when I tried to ask questions about adding on services. Never got told no for wanting to pay for more treatment at a spa LOL

My daughter and I both went to the scalp spa. Our hair was incredibly soft afterward, and the experience was very relaxing. I loved the facial it was so relaxing. The transformation on our scalps was quite amazing to see on the camera. We also loved the tea and candy. We will definitely be returning.

Very nice and friendly staff. Took my girls on a Friday night and they were very accommodating for 3 people. My two girls loved the hair and facial treatment. They couldn’t get over how soft their hair felt after. We will definitely be coming back.

Signature package; really great experience! It was nice and comfortable. Head and shoulder massage was spot on! Highly recommend!

I have to say, I’m disappointed. I’ve been here a total of five times and I’ve had amazing experiences the first 4 times, but the fifth time was by far the worst. Now granted I was about 10 minutes late, so that was my fault. However, that’s no excuse for the accumulated incidents of discomfort I felt during the service. I had little to no neck and shoulder massage, the technician was basically rubbing the shampoo solution across my shoulders. She was also very rough when washing my hair since I could feel her tugging at my hair and the leg massager was not turned on until the very end of the session. To wrap it up, she left the blow dryer too long in one spot so it ended up burning my scalp, and I had to put my hand on my head to let her know that, which she proceeded to do the same thing again on the other side of my head.

Collagen smooth and shine hair treatment is a MUST! The lady that did my hair and facial, did an amazing job! Felt relax and welcomed. Will definitely be coming back!
