Neo Salon and Barberhop

I have loved coming to Neo Salon! Shawn Nino is the awesome stylist I go to! I’ve gotten my hair bleached and get my haircut every two weeks and each time it’s perfect! 5/5 always will recommend the salon!

My hair dresser was absolutely fabulous! Chelsea was able to fit me in on short notice, and was able to color my hair more beautifully then I had imagined it. I love my new style! The salon is very clean and courteous.

I've been going there since March of this year, everytime I have my hair done there..its a great experience. Girls in the front are beyond nice, they call you to remind you of your next appointment and offer you something to drink (unlike other salons). My hairstylist is shawn. He always does a great job on my highlights and keeps my hair healthy. I'm very picky with who I trust to do my hair and they have never, never disappointed me :). I will continue being a satisfied customer.

Had my long hair cut to an angled bob. When the stylist had finished, I pointed out to him that the front, right side, was longer than the left. He fixed it.The next day, when I'd washed and styled my hair, I noticed that a chunk of hair above my left ear was longer than the right side of my "do". This was really annoying. It was a Sunday, but I texted the stylist. The Salon's closed on Monday, so I had to wait two days to get the problem fixed. The stylist did balance the left side; but the first thing he said when I went in on Tuesday was that it only looked "off" because I'd changed my part. And because I'd finger-curled it. Bottom line, he DID finally agree that the left side of my new hairstyle was about 1/2 inch longer than the right and trimmed it. Really goofy that I had to point out, twice, that both sides of my hair - first front right, then back left, weren't the same length.

First of all I showed up on time for my appointment to sit there for 45 minutes doing nothing. The stylist Shawn didn't come over and say a word to me that he was running behind or even apologize. Then durning the actual appointment he was swearing up and down during his conversation. But the worse part was my hair. I looked like a skunk. He didn't use a toner so my blonde highlights (which I didn't ask for) so they looked gray when he was done. I couldn't ask him to fix it cause he rushed me out the door. Shawn is the worst stylist ever. Avoid him. Unprofessional salon

Went in to have my hair layered..left me under a dryer for 30 minutes while he flirted with the younger girl who was spending more money getting a blow out. Was an hour after my appointment time that he finally cut my hair. Never went back

Owned by the the most lovely women, very inviting atmosphere, I get my cuts from Shawn Nino and they always come out amazing. I have been going to this salon for the last ten or so years.
