Elegance salon & spa

Burned 7 inches of my hair and now I have to chop it all off. My was healthy and curly and I asked her to use heat protection. After when I was washing my hair after so my curls would come back it smelled soo bad it smelled like I put my hair through the sewer. I washed 10 times with shampoo and the smell didn’t leave. I will NEVER come back to this salon.

This place is amazing!!!! Friendly people and have the best manicure I ever had. Her name is Chris, I didn't have appointment and I was in a rush. Even though she was patient and kind. Excellent service!!! Going back to Framingham definitely I am going there again.

My family liked it they only thing that I didn’t like was the prices for the food very expensive 😂😂 for no reason except the employees were very nice and hotel room was very clean

Fantastic, clean, professional and friendly

very good good experience and very good job😍😍😍😍😍😍
