I am writing this review with tears in my eyes, because every time I run my hand through my hair, I pull out a handful of white, burnt, and damaged strands. The hair is so destroyed that just touching the bleached sections causes them to break – they simply crumble under my fingers. I can’t stop pulling out handfuls of hair, and it’s devastating. Before the appointment, I explained in detail what I wanted to achieve, showed inspiration photos, and described the history of my hair – including the exact brand of dye I used – so the stylist had a full understanding of its condition. Despite previous coloring treatments, my hair was healthy and in very good shape. We agreed that achieving the exact result I wanted might not be possible, but that we would get as close to it as possible. Unfortunately, the result was catastrophic. Not only did the final look not resemble what we discussed in any way, but my hair was completely destroyed. The color, which was supposed to be natural and close to my inspiration photos, turned out gray – and I was sent home looking like that. To make matters worse, I didn’t have highlights done across my entire head; some of my hair is still brown, while other parts are not blond at all but pure white. The sections treated with bleach are literally white, and that’s likely why the color looks gray – the contrast between my brown hair and the pure white strands creates this awful, patchy look. I feel like an old lady with gray hair, and it’s unbearable. My hair is now burnt, broken, and falling out in handfuls. I understand that not everything is possible when it comes to hair treatments, but a professional stylist in a professional salon should know when to say, "This can’t be done." A professional would refuse to apply products that would further damage the hair, and they would know how to use the products safely to avoid such destruction. If something is impossible, it’s okay to say so. What’s not okay is to smile, perform the service anyway, and leave someone with hair so damaged that it falls out in clumps. When I told the stylist that this was not the result I had expected, she apologized and said, "I’m sorry, I should have explained it better earlier." During the consultation, she only mentioned that we would get as close as possible to the inspiration, but that does not change the fact that my hair is now ruined. When I asked what could be done, I was told to come back in 8 weeks to continue working toward the desired color. Honestly, I have no intention of ever returning to this salon. I am extremely disappointed and hope my experience will serve as a warning for others. I was so shocked and confused after the appointment that all I wanted was to leave. I paid, grabbed my things, and walked out. When I got home and started brushing my hair, it only got worse with every stroke. My hair kept breaking, falling out, and crumbling, and the damage became clearer with every moment. I believe the salon should take responsibility for what happened and take steps to address this. I am now forced to go to another place to try and save my hair, which is falling out like rain. I am afraid I might be forced to cut my all hair realy short. I hope the salon recognizes the extent of the damage caused and does something to help resolve this situation.

Keli has been doing my hair for years and I will never go anywhere else. She (and her team) are not just wonderful hairstylists, but also are great advisors about what cut/color/treatments are best for your hair type. I have started getting keratin after my colors and my hair is so much smoother and less frizzy, and could not be more thrilled with the result. Aleysha has also done my color, cut and keratin before and does an incredible job too. 11/10 recommend Keli, Aleysha and all of the stylists

First time at this salon and I loved it! Kalli did an amazing job with my hair and really listened to what I wanted. The place is super clean, modern, and full of light. I was also surprised — no one asked for a tip, which was a first for me in the U.S.! I’ll definitely be back and will recommend to friends. Thank you!

Can’t brag enough about Keli Hair Beautique. Awesome people, super professional. The location is great, plenty of parking, easy to find and the environment absolutely remarkable. I am extremely picky about anyone doing my hair and I have fallen in love with Aleysha’s magical touch with my new blond. Love everyone there, I would definitely recommend 100% for all your hair needs.
