She is nice but she does not give the customer the care that they need. When I booked the appointment I told her what I wanted and she said she could do it for $160. But afterwards she said it would take longer and would need a new appointment and have to pay more

Nicole was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Cut and color were what I wanted and next time I'm going a bit lighter on the color. Happy to have found a new stylist!

Nicole did a fantastic job cutting and styling my thick long hair. It can be hard to find a stylist who feels confident working with all my hair, but she got it right. My new shoulder length, layered style is just want I wanted. Definitely be back!

I have been going to Nicole for quite a while... She has done an amazing job on my hair every time. She is very good at dimensional highlighting with using blonde... I really love how my hair turns out every time. Nicole is fun to work with and her personality is outright amazing. She is sweet, caring and listens to what you want done. I have been going to Calista for 3 years now. The best in Eau Claire. Nicole has always been great with my hair, and my girls hair. She explains everything well, helps if we have hair concerns, and makes sure we are always extremely satisfied. She is not only great with adult haircuts and color, she is amazing with my girls cuts. The salon is clean, always a fun vibe and great priced! We have never been happier!

I have been going to Nicole at Calista for several years now for a Brazilian Blowout. She does a great job and for 3 months my hair is easier to manage, Is smooth and frizz -free. My hair looks healthy and shiny. The entire treatment only takes 80 minutes and no one in Eau Claire can do as good of a job as Nicole!

Nicole is an artist by nature so she inherently knows color. I have thin, fragile hair and she's always taken painstaking measures to ensure I get the color I'm after while preserving my hair's health. Her eyebrow treatments are lovely, natural and fairly priced! Not only is her skill level impressive, but the heart and care behind her craft is felt each and every time I'm in her chair. Bonus: she's a RIOT to talk to! I always look forward to my Calista appointments!
