It’s always a pleasant experience when visiting for a hair cut. My hair is always cut and styled exactly like the reference photos if not better! I’ve brought my boyfriend here and the men’s hair cuts are to die for! David has a good eye for hair and gives great advice on what does and doesn’t work for your specific hair type. That’s why I recommend this place to everyone, it’s an honest and friendly salon.

It has been four years since I visited this store. In the past, I have recommended a lot to friends. The answer is no since this time. When I see myself in the mirror I don't feel like going out after the new hairstyle. Everyone who sees me told me before is better. I take the hat for the past week. This should be the last time. The hair price increased to 300 dollars before the tip. It’s not worth it. Update After the perm, my hair looks like a bunch of straw, with almost every strand split at the ends. I’ve been coming to this salon for over five years with my entire family — my wife, daughter, and son. The staff are always friendly, the prices are reasonable, and honestly, I couldn’t ask for anything more. Even though I don’t live nearby, I gladly drive four hours because the quality of service here is worth every mile. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I just wish we had a salon like this in our own neighborhood!

I made an appointment for a women’s hair cut and wash with Kara hair salon through Yelp via texting. the hair salon’s response was prompt and they were very polite! I gave them a reference photo and they gave me exactly what I wanted 🙂 I did wait to be serviced after my appointment time (around 30-40 mins) but I didn’t mind because it is a smaller shop, their prices are great and they take their time to make sure their clients are happy. Throughout my service they also gave me tips on how to style and how to care for my new style. I recommend Jay for hair cutting and Claire for styling. Overall it was a really nice experience, I will be coming back ⭐️

I went to this salon to get my roots done and they burned my forehead with bleach, left banding on my hair, and charged me 350$

This was my second time at Kara Hair, and the owner and his assistant took such good care of me. I came in not exactly knowing what I wanted, but was ready for a big change. They suggested a hair color for me that was bright but still really flattering to my skin and eye color, and I was so thrilled with the results. They took great care to protect my scalp while bleaching, and placed different shades of the pink throughout my hair in a very artful and lovely way. The haircut was also excellent and exactly what I hoped for. This was my best salon experience in years and I will definitely be back when I'm ready for another cut or color.

Just perfect! This was my first time here and Jay is absolutely amazing. He knows exactly what he is doing and this was my best haircut by far. The staff is so friendly and I love my new hair. I will definitely be coming back to Jay. 10/10.
