Salon Lihga

I drove 3 hours to get there and got a haircut. This was a few years ago. I showed a picture of a Japanese hairstyle that was popular at the time. The hairstylist did not follow the style. (Just like another person in the review.) It was nothing special. I thought the stylist was probably not trained enough and didn't have the technique to cut newer styles. I don't mind a style somewhat different from the picture, if it looks great and fits me. But the style I got was so mediocre... I was really hoping to get a good Japanese style fashionable haircut. I am thankful for the effort she made, but I think this was a miss. I understand it happens..... So, I haven't been back there since then.

I got my haircut at Salon Lihga today and it was the best decision I ever made! To start, booking the appointment was a smooth and simple process. Once I arrived, everyone in the salon was extremely friendly and accomodating. My stylist, Yoshie, cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I only had a vague idea of what I was looking for, but she was able to provide some insight on what would look best and I'm so happy that I took her advice. She was extremely kind and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Salon Lihga will be my go-to hair salon from here on forward! Thank you again 🙂

I have been to this salon multiple times, and each time I love my hair and appreciate the overall welcoming atmosphere. I have gotten haircuts from both Yoshie and Aya. I know they usually have a booked and busy schedule (which they definitely deserve), so I go with whoever is available when I need a haircut. Both stylists do a fantastic job, and I am never disappointed! When I show them pictures, they are able to give me exactly what I want. They both are kind, understanding, and professional. I appreciate them for taking the time to answer any questions I have about my hair, and I never feel rushed. In addition, the other workers are very friendly. Thank you for always giving me great haircuts and being genuinely so kind! I will definitely be back again!

The ladies are nice here. However, I showed the stylist the pic of my desired hairstyle -- very short. She agreed to cut it and let me know my hair volume is not as thick. Then she cut me a very different hair style and told me it is done. It's longer and very different than what I showed(3rd pic). I cut my below-waist length hair for a hairstyle I did not like and paid $55. I expressed my voice but stylist was passive aggressive and would not cut my hair anymore..... I was polite with her but very frustrated and lost my long hair. 😞

This spot is LEGIT thank you yoshie!!! They make you feel comfortable and gives an analysis of your hair and face shape. I came with a few pics already and we had a good discussion of where to go with my hair and she DELIVERED! And includes a shampoo and wash, blowdry and styling. I had a great experience getting my hair cut here recently! I’ve gone to several other asian hair salons in the area that have been sufficiently good, but I always felt the service was a bit rushed at other places. I definitely did not feel rushed at Salon Lihga and the stylist took time to communicate throughout the process. She also gave me styling tips for the haircut and my hair texture. Overall, would definitely recommend!
