It was my first time visiting Salon 6 Detroit and I loved everything about it. If you're looking for someone who knows how to cut curly hair and give a blow dry that won't frizz out hours after, go see Ana! I'm going back soon to do highlight's after she assessed my hair and did a test strand on me. This is the first time anyone has performed a test strand prior to doing a full service to make sure we're able to achieve what I'm looking for. Very thorough and I loved that. Also, do you need makeup? Look no further - Zara does amazing makeup! She will have you looking effortlessly flawless without feeling like the makeup is caked on.

Zara is a miracle worker and a delight to be around. A group of us flew in from around the country for a work event and Zara did my makeup. Not only was she super sweet and easy to talk to, but she was a phenomenal artist and made me feel beautiful in her chair and also during the event. She's your girl for makeup all day! The entire salon was super accommodating and so helpful to us and helped us plan for 6 girls on a 1 week notice. They were so nice while we were there, helped us plan out the day for hair and makeup even though we all had different flights and arrival times. We each left looking and feeling gorgeous! Best blowdry I've ever had as well. 10 out of 10!!

I’ve been doing my makeup with Zahra for YEARS and she only gets better!! Not only does she make me look and feel beautiful every single time, but she is also a beautiful person to be around. Her personality is 10/10, work 10/10, experience 10/10 ALWAYS!! I will never trust anyone else to do my makeup I love her definitely recommend her for any event

Ally is among the most professional and attentive hairstylist I’ve ever had. As a male with wavy hair, I have had numerous haircuts where after it looks like there is a box or bowl on my head. Those bad experiences were always from stylist or barbers that approached me with a one size fits all mentality. Ally on the other hand cuts your hair based on what is unique about you and your head giving you a cut that only works for you.
