They did it right this third time I came back!!! Truly, there is a charm! Chrissy is the stylist I will be sticking to while I live here in Montgomery. I received a lot of compliments when I left the salon. My husband said, "I think this was the best haircut you got since we move to TX." I showed Chrissy a picture and she did her best to cut/color my hair like the picture. She had cut the bangs a little shorter than I wanted to but, it was my fault, I didn't tell her I was fine with the length. Though it is a little costly, it is worth it!

Abby was an amazing stylist! Easy to talk to and get along with! I can tell she has a passion for doing hair! I love how they use organic products, it made my hair feel healthier and stronger! Also no strong or overpowering fumes!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Southern Tangle Salon, and my hairstylist Dani was absolutely incredible. She was patient, funny, and so kind from start to finish. I really appreciated how open and accommodating she was—she never complained once about any adjustments I asked for to better fit my head and vision. Dani was also refreshingly honest, even when it meant extra work for her to make sure everything was done right. That level of care and professionalism truly sets her apart. Overall, this is a fabulous salon filled with great people. 10/10 experience—I will be coming back every single time! 💇‍♀️✨

100% recommend! I had gone to Southern Tangles Salon for a haircut that was short and had a slight angle with layering, but it didn’t turn out that way. After making a review about how disappointed I was. Immediately I had been contacted by the owner herself who asked me to come in so she can see what she can do and make sure that I felt beautiful. And she did just that. Thank you so much Ashley! She is devoted to her clients and her business. After having a haircut that wasn’t for me and didn’t make me feel myself, she was able to smoothen out my hair and add extension to help fill in the front. I am very satisfied and thankful for your generosity.

Paid 70$ for a haircut and style for my mom. She hated the haircut. The hair dresser was very inexperienced and it showed. Gave no suggestion on styles and stayed quiet pretty much the whole time. Was not a friendly upbeat place. Looks really nice online expected so much more. Left disappointed

I moved to Texas over a year ago. And it has taken me some time to find a salon that I’m happy with. I had my appointment with Alyse at 2:00 to get my hair chopped off and get a full head highlights. I had an idea what I wanted. I showed her my inspirational pictures but of course I wanted this and that instead. Alyse was very accommodating to my needs. I have a lot of hair. Poor Alyse, she had no idea how long it was going to take her to highlight my hair. But she never once complained about it. She was always so cheerful and positive. You would think after 5 hours of doing my hair she would try to rush me out of there (passed closing hour). Instead she took the time to dry my hair, curled it and showed me step by step how to do it at home. I walked out of there a very happy client. Love my new do and I will definitely be coming back to Southern Tangle Salon to have Alyse do my hair from now on. Thank you Alyse for being so patience and accommodating to me. I highly recommend this place to anyone. The salon was very clean and it’s very clear all the girls at the salon enjoys what they do and where they work at. Everyone was very cheerful and they compliment each other work. In fact, one of the other stylist even stayed late to help Alyse dry my hair! I included pictures of my new do plus before picture of how much hair Alyse had to deal with.

She reached out to me personally and was incredibly professional and kind—clearly committed to making sure I felt happy and confident with my hair. I came back in for a quick adjustment, and she made a few small changes that made all the difference. I absolutely love how it turned out! It’s rare to find a salon that not only listens to feedback but goes above and beyond to make things right. That level of care and attention really stood out to me.
