Tracy has been doing my hair for years. I have made the mistake of dying my hair crazy colors or box dying my hair espresso brown. She has always fixed it for me and I love the feeling of walking out of there. If I could give 10 stars I would!.

Tracy and her staff are amazing. They pay attention to detail. They listen to their customers and you’re gorgeous when you walk out of their salon. great location and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Modern Salon.

Tracy is hands down the best hair dresser I’ve met and has been doing my blonde highlights/balayage for over 4 years! I moved out of state and still do not allow anyone else to touch my hair unless it’s her and her team. Sandra and Sara are always super sweet! The whole team is professional , efficient , and passionate with their work.

Tracy has been coloring my hair for a few years now. She is fantastic with color! I've been various shades of blonde and have gone brunette a couple of times. I am always so happy with the color, and she consistently colors it in such a way that it still looks good when it starts growing out. She's awesome 👌🏻

I had high hopes after my first visit with Tracy, which went really well. Unfortunately, my second experience was very disappointing. After a root touch-up, I was left with visible yellow stains in my hair. When I pointed it out, she dismissed my concern, saying the yellow would "go away," and offered a quick wash to "correct" it, which didn’t help at all. She told me to keep her posted, which I took as a genuine offer to fix the problem. But later, she declined my appointment request, saying she wasn’t skilled enough to meet my expectations. It was clear then that she had no intention of owning her mistake or standing by her work. Everyone makes mistakes—what matters is how you handle them. If you say, "keep me posted" or "come back and I’ll fix it," you should mean it and live up to those words. I now realize those were empty promises just to get me out the door, only to decline me later. I wouldn’t recommend her if you’re looking for consistency and accountability.
