First time coming to get my eyebrows done and it was quick and they look amazing. The appointment was easy to book online as well. I had bad experience at other places and so I saw Patty was highly recommended. She was kind and helpful. Definitely want to go back for other services as well.

Patty is THE best, I have been going to her for yeeeears . The only person I go to for Brazilian / leg / eyebrow waxes and my lash lift. I moved to Maine a few years ago and still only do any waxing or eyelash lifts with her when I come back. I just did a leg wax for the first time a few days ago and she was such a good sport with my involuntary flinches. 10 stars for Patty.

I love Trim! They have an extensive service menu at a reasonable price and the staff always makes me feel welcomed as soon as I walk in. I always request Vanessa for all of my services. Her upbeat personality makes my entire visit super pleasant and she always makes me feel comfortable. From lash extensions, to Brazilian waxes, to facial waxing- I trust her with everything! You will not regret a visit with her!

What can I say about this place but that Patty is such an asset. I’ve been going there for 3 years now! She’s flexible with my schedule and gentle when it comes to my Brazilian. She also shapes my eyebrows just right! Always telling me what products to help my skin and things to try to help moisture my skin in our Chicago winters. The receptionist is always smiling and welcoming. The atmosphere is definitely soothing when waiting in the waiting room. This is definitely a must try for your waxing needs and ask for the best Patty!

This place is amazing. I have been seeing Evelina every since I started my waxing journey earlier this year. She is amazing, talks you through everything and is super thorough. I def recommend you ask for her. Especially if it’s your first experience. She also does facials, and is super informative and gives great recommendations. As for front desk, Michael, is super nice, pleasant personable. Check them out, you won’t regret it!

I got my eyebrows and full face done by Patty. She is awesome and I connected so well with her. She not only does the best eyebrows she also tells you a lot of good make up recommendations for you. The owner, Zareena was there too. omg! She is the sweetest person I’ve met and made sure I had the perfect visit at this salon. I love this place. It’s clean, comfortable, hip and the services are the best in town. Hands down this is the best place to get your body/face waxed.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I definitely had to share my experience from my Brazilian wax. Vanessa was AMAZING! She made the whole experience totally painless, which is absolutely shocking because I normally get anxiety just thinking about getting waxed. She made me feel thoroughly comfortable, took her time, and paid much attention to detail. She’s truly a pro at her craft. I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking to have waxing services. Let me say I’ve gone to many waxing salons before, but I’ve NEVER had a painless experience before. I can’t wait to come back for my next wax - never thought I’d say that?!
