Mimi's is now my solid favorite for haircuts, excelling in cut, price, and time. The layering work is some of the best I've found. I especially love that you can opt for a dry cut, which I prefer since I have cowlicks that cause my hair to sit differently dry than wet. A dry cut better reflects how my hair will look day to day, dried with my consumer hairdryer and my selected part. Very great bonus that it also means I can be in and out in 15-20 min.

I was so happy to find Mimi after moving to Chicago a few years ago. My hair type makes it hard for someone to understand the waviness and texture. Mimi definitely understood the assignment. 🙌🏼 I always leave happy with the results and my hair has become so healthy since I began going to her salon.

Mimi is great!! She gave me a haircut and matched the cut exactly as the photo I wanted, was very quick too. I came back a week later to get my hair dyed and she did such a good job!! I asked for highlights but she told me a balayage is more in style and I’m glad I took her recommendation bc it looks great!

Mimi is a professional stylist with great customer service. It’s always a pleasure getting my hair cut and color by her. The place is nice and and clean and easy parking. Highly recommend. I love my hair done by hair for the summer!

Excellent service with Mimi! I've been a loyal customer because she offers great prices and cuts your hair exactly how you ask. I showed her a picture, and she matched it perfectly. Modern, with layers, and bangs. You don’t have to pay excessive prices like at other salons to get excellent service with her. Plus, she’s so nice!

Mimi and her husband have been doing my nails and eyelashes for years! They are warm, patient and will fit you into your schedule. A manicure with design and pedicure with massage are a total of $80 but the massage itself is so fancy! They use some delicous smelling exfoliating cream, followed by cooling gel, hot towels..it was heaven and I will being going back for another! Eyelashes are fun, she has gotten so efficient in placing them [<15minutes]. You get to choose the size length of the eyelashes and are placed in a separate room to lay on a bed as she places them for $35.
