Lola’s Hair Salon

Since there is no zero-star or negative-star rating, I had to give Lola's Hair Salon a 1-star. DON'T TRUST the high ratings and positive reviews. VERY RUDE and disorganized!!! I booked my appointment online ahead of time and when I got there, there was one employee at the front desk and one employee dying a customer's hair. When I checked in for my appointment at the front desk, the man looked confused and spoke to the other employee who was with the customer. Probably explaining the situation I assumed. They spoke in Spanish so I am not sure. After they shared words and he turned to me and said they would not be able to take me and I would have to come back another day. No apology or effort to try and fix the problem. When I reiterated that I had booked the appointment online and the time slot I had chosen was clearly available, he said that there was no one else working and I would have to come back. Again, no apology or assistance with trying to find another option. There was also no assurance of the earliest time or date of when I could come back if I wanted to. The man simply shrugged his shoulders and smiled like he didn't care. I left and ended up going to Super Cuts. They were able to take me right away and were very kind. In my opinion, if you have limited availability with appointments, your website needs to reflect that so customers do not put in the time to book an appointment just to travel all the way there and get turned away at the door. I understand mistakes happen, but the least you can do is be apologetic about the situation and try to find a way to solve the problem instead of just laughing it off like it's a joke. People rearrange their schedules and sometimes travel a long distance to get their hair done and given that many salons do not take walk-ins nowadays, it can be difficult to try and find another place when the original appointment does not work out.

We use their services for years. We are very satisfied with the hair cut quality we get there. The salon is very clean,Edmond is very experienced and the prices are very affordable. They offer some esthetic services also. I highly recommend this hair cut salon.

Took my son to get a new hair style before school started. Before scheduling the appointment, they asked me to send a photo of my son' hair style and a pic of what he wanted. They said no problem. The stylist spent 4 hours giving him a loose perm, trimming, and fading. They were so nice and did a perfect job. He is so happy with his hair. I can not thank them enough and the price was very reasonable.

I booked an online appt, and also called ahead to make sure that 2:30PM was a good time. When I called they confirmed it was. Once I arrived they told me they were done for the day. So unprofessional and a waste of time.

Carmen was an amazing haircutter! She was super professional and efficient. I wasn't entirely sure what kind of look I wanted, just shorter and more styled, but she managed to really do a wonderful job and pick a perfect look for me and my face. Awesome layers. Super good with curly hair. Now, it doesn't take a lot of work to style it, since the haircut was so great. The whole experience was very reasonable, with cheap shampoo and blowout (it straightened my hair into a nice shape), and she was super gentle and kind. She also let me practice Spanish with her and was very patient with me, which was sweet. There are some kids in the salon, which I liked, since it gave it a warm family energy (I love kids), but if you don't like kids, you'd be fine since they weren't distracting and were very well behaved. Also, I was preparing for a job interview at the time and she was very nice and supportive.

5 stars isn't enough for this amazing salon! The stylist is not only friendly and fast but also incredibly talented. He truly understands what works best for your hair and delivers a stylish cut every time. I'm so impressed that I'll continue to come back to him no matter where life takes me. His dedication to his craft and passion for making his clients look and feel their best is evident in every snip of his scissors. If you're looking for a stylist who will exceed your expectations, look no further! Highly recommend!"
