Love this salon and the ladies who work here! Ana and Amy have been doing my hair for nearly a decade. They do a great job and it’s all reasonably priced for being in the city.

As a consistent client of Kosa salon for 8 plus years i will say i trust no one else with my hair. I have gone to Amy, Ana, and Maria at all different times throughout the years and all of them have absolutely fantastic services as well as tons of professional experience. This is the salon I recommend to my friends and family and majority of the people i have recommended to try have actually stayed loyal clients to this salon. If you are looking for consistent and quality work you need to come here. Environment is down to earth and friendly and if you aren’t sure about what would look good on you they will openly communicate what they believe would look best according to hair texture and face shape. I recently got a haircut from Amy and it was amazing. Very professional. You can definitely tell she’s been doing this for a long time. She also sold me on some very good products that I still use to style my hair today. I especially love the "1922 By J.M Keune shaving cream" she suggested. Will definitely be coming back for another haircut and product before my vacation.

I got my haircut here in the summer of 2023. It was the most painful haircut of my life. It felt like Amy was practically smacking the hairbrush to my head and trying to scrape my scalp off. I know it sounds dramatic but my scalp was sore for DAYS after. I’ve never ever had that experience with a stylist before. Why didn’t I address it in the moment? It was a combination of me gaslighting myself and trying to think "it’s not that bad" (only to realize, yes, it was that bad when the soreness started) because I was nervous about how she’d react if I asked her to cool it and I desperately needed a haircut before a trip the next day and this was the only salon that would take a walk-in that afternoon. Looking back, of course I regret not saying anything in the moment. I’m giving a second star because the actual haircut met my expectations and it’s fair to give credit where it’s due.

So wonderful! I had my first haircut & deep conditioning treatment with Amy today. Thoughtful, considerate and an exceptional cut! I've received multiple compliments already. A genuinely friendly vibe at the salon. So happy I found my new spot! 😊

I have gone to Amy for a haircut a few times now and I always leave impressed. She is very thorough and has a great eye for what your hair needs. Mine always comes out very healthy and stylish. I don't write many reviews in general but Kosa Salon has been amazing.
