Joe is great!!! If you have curly hair like me Joe will get you right! I’ve been going to him for years and I’m happy every time he cuts my hair 😊

Went for the first time today, enjoyed the haircut and the two owners were both so nice. The cut comes with a wash and it was relatively cheap. (28$ pre tip) I’d definitely recommend to others!

I’m more than happy with how my haircut turned out, very fairly priced also. Joe did a great job and took his time. Whenever I’m back in Chicago I’m definitely going back.

Really unhappy to the point of crying about how he cut my hair. I go there with my boyfriend who speaks Chinese and gave them a chance because of him, first time I went they cut my hair too short a bit longer on one side than the other but I didn’t give it too much energy - maybe because my natural hair is curly so he didn’t know what to do with it. Second time a went after 3 months told him I needed just the ends trimmed, because I am trying to grow out my hair. He cut it much shorter than I wanted- was really unhappy but my boyfriend said maybe it was because there were more people waiting and he was stressed or something. Ok I forgot about it and started my hair growing journey again was taking care of my hair, using masks and was enjoying the growth so much. Today is the last time I will step in this salon, my boyfriend told him many times don’t cut to much of her hair in Chinese , I explained as well so much how I only want my ends trimmed and nothing more max 3 fingers -showed him how much. He said yes to everything and did whatever he wanted to do, no care about his client. He started cutting and he cut half of my hair length - just have no words. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else!

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and I was accommodated quickly! I showed Joe a couple of vids/ photos for my "hairspiration" and he clearly understood the assignment! I love the bangs, layerings and whole experience!

We are extremely happy with the services my son got today. He's wanted a perm for some time and was due for a haircut as well so we called the day before to inquire about both and the gentleman told us to come in today. The hair stylist is very friendly and he made sure my son was comfortable throughout the whole process. We really love how his hair turned out. We will definitely come back!
