Iris did an excellent job. She guided me towards a more flattering hair color for my skin tone, and executed well on the color job. She gave me a great cut, too! She was pleasant, the salon was clean, and I walked out a happy customer!

This was my second time seeing Anais for a haircut and she does such a great job. She understood what I wanted and executed perfectly. She’s also very personable and easy to talk to while in her chair. Great experience!

I'm glad I had an appointment with such a great stylist. Iris was able to take the suggestion of what I wanted and expand upon it and personalize it to me. As a result of this, I have the most fantastic hair color & cut. She was friendly, but also made conversation in a way that didn't feel forced, giving me some down time while also letting me know she was still around while my color processed. I would absolutely book with her. In terms of the salon, it was clean and professional looking. I liked that there was an area for me to chill before sitting in the chair. The price was so good compared to other places that I have given gone for similar services.

Austin delivered an excellent haircut. My hair is short, thick, and coarse, which can be challenging to style, but he approached it with skill and precision. He listened carefully to my preferences and ensured the cut enhanced my hair’s natural texture. The result was beautifully shaped and easy to manage. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Update 4/16 - The owner Dawn reached out to her and offered to make it right. Dawn did a great job fixing it, and she loves her new haircut! Leaving review on behalf of my fiancee: I had an appointment with Iris for a color and cut. It felt like the whole time she was rushing and not very attentive. At the end of the appointment, I pointed out that the haircut was uneven. She quickly cut the one side in one sweep, which didn’t fix it.

Anais always does an amazing job. I showed her the butterfly haircut from IG and she understood the assignment. I have been going to her since I moved to wicker park and will continue to go to her at the new location on cortland.

Susan & Irene are fantastic! Susan did an excellent job on my eyebrows. So thorough and did not miss one hair out of place! Irene is super sweet, warm and welcoming. One of the most relaxing pedicures I've received. 💞
