Today is my first time here, I got a super satisfied haircut. What is impressive to me is that even after waiting for a couple of customers and still seeing several people in line, Carol listens to my request, checks the picture carefully, and asks questions to confirm what I need. I love the gradient side cut, and she knows how to handle Asian hair. Will definitely come back again and highly recommend.

Terrible haircut. Not recommended for young men looking for a clean buzz cut. Carol, the owner, lacks the ability to cut men's hair as requested. I showed her a picture of Zac Efron's buzz cut and asked if she could replicate it. She said it would be easy. However, she ended up giving me a military-style shave without the necessary skill and insisted it looked fine. She kept working on it and assured me it would be fine once she finished. Unfortunately, I was extremely frustrated with the result and complained, but she simply told me my hair would grow back soon and offered no apology. In the end, I refused to pay, and she accepted it. If you're looking for a good men's hairstyle, don't bother visiting here.

Carol's Hair Care provides hair cuts for all ages and both genders, customized to the hair assets and goals of the customer. This is a no appointment required shop, so I have seen Carol do very different hairstyles that compliment particular customers very well. She helped me find a a wash 'n wear hairstyle, so I don't have to use curlers anymore. Carol is a complete hair care professional, permanents, color, waxing, and more. She has had her shop for forty years, a testament to her competence and customer satisfaction.

Very reasonable prices for men’s hair cut and Carol does a good job. I have struggled to find someone who can consistently trim my back neck well but Carol has met my need. She is also very kind and been the business a long while.

Carol is a wonderful hairdresser who always pays attention to detail. I've been going to her for the last 15 years so please keep that in mind during my review. That should also tell you something about the quality of service she provides. I would say, if you're looking for a clean cut, straightforward haircut, Carol's is definitely the place you want to go.

I went here for a bang trim but when I explained to Carol what I needed and she says I need more than a bang trim, I needed a whole cut. I told her I do not want short spikey hair and not to cut high over the ears. She said don't worry she won't cut it too short. When she finished my hair was short and spikey and cut high over my ears. I told her to that she cut my hair too short and too high over my ears. She said men's haircuts should be like this. I said I don't want to be like these men. I was about to leave without paying for such a lousy haircut but I decided to pay and NEVER come back! I do not like hair cutters to cut the way they want to cut your hair! I would not recommend this place if you expect your hair cut your way. Sometimes a hair cutter with years of experience can lead to disappointing results. Thanks for ruining my hair Carol!!!😡😠

Do not know how to deal with curly hair and didn’t let me know!! I was so disappointed of my haircut and color. I never leave reviews but this deserves it! I showed her a picture of what I wanted for a balayage and a U hair cut no layers and it was not even close as shown in the picture. After she gave me highlights she straightened my hair (didn’t used the blow dryer) and burned my ends, now I have to cute it even shorter. She told me that it looked exactly like the picture I showed her with the U shape. I spend cash that I could have spent somewhere else and gotten that style for my bday that I wanted so bad.
