I’ve been coming to this salon (Lourdes the owner) for 7 years and I have never had a single complaint until now, I went Friday with my son to cut my hair and his! Well I asked her for a v shaped layers and I must say this is the first time I’ve been so disappointed with the results! My hair looks horrible! V shaped in the end but in between the rest of the layers there all straight without the shape that I wanted! Not to mention I always get the same haircut every 6 months or so. I wasn’t able to cut my hair since I’m pregnant so, my hair was very long and for her to mess it up the way she did is just completely rude! She definitely has lost her loyal client!

I started coming here in 2017 after my aunt recommended it, and I’ve been a regular ever since. They consistently get the length and style just right, and I always leave feeling incredible. The ladies who work here are so sweet and talented!

Great salon! I get compliments on my hair frequently. Friendly and quick service. Good prices. You didn't have to schedule months ahead of time.

Lourdes, the owner, let me come in last minute on a snowy Saturday and was so kind. She did an absolutely amazing job, exactly what I wanted! Truly rarely happens, normally something is off, but she did it so quick and methodical, it was fun to watch. The price was out of this world, I will be your faithful client from now on! Lourdes has done my highlights and cut a couple times. She does a great job and it's affordable. I have been since covid and they enforced the mask rules and the place was clean as usual. I like natural looking highlights and she takes the time to make small highlights throughout.

Both beauticians are great. They're professional, listen to your requests and provide input & suggestions without being pushy or sell you products. And the price for their services are very reasonable.

So glad they were open today! Rosa was sweet and did an excellent cut just as I asked. Glad to find great service in our new neighborhood!
