I booked with Melina, an ‘eyelash’ technician, her Instagram is prettynlashedlux. Melina herself was very cool. Great person to talk to. But…. Quality this time around was ABSOLUTELY not it. Way, way too much glue. Super thick clusters on one eyelash! Or attached to multiple! First brush out I did after I left, this happened (pictures attached). Had to undergo a removal immediately from irritation. The lady I went to for the removal did what she could to take the extensions off… but needless to say my actual eyelashes ended up being ripped out from the super heavy glue and thick fans. Contacted Melina the same day, sent pictures, and no response back. My appointment was Sunday. It is Tuesday afternoon now. I paid a total of $180 and I am completely disappointed. Last picture attached was taken after all of Melina’s work was removed. My natural lashes are beyond damaged. It is already hard enough to trust an eyelash technician… Please be careful when booking with eyelash specialists. Most choose MONEY over QUALITY!!

This place is too rowdy to enjoy a massage. They need to have a quiet section for spa suites. Kids running and screaming the whole time and you can hear every conversation with the doors closed. People chat when they get their hair done, can't fault them. The place is nice, they just need to be more strategic where they rent suites.

I want to start by saying I loved Nancy since the first day I walked in there! She is super friendly and professional. I went in for post op massages and she help me through this process the entire time by giving me tips, suggestions, and recommendations. I went in there super scare thinking this massages were going to feel super painful but they did not hurt like I was expecting based on my previous experience somewhere else. I developed a hematoma that was the size of a golf ball and thanks to her it went down so quickly! I am so happy with my results! She is very attentive to your needs. I loved walking in there, she made me feel at ease every time. Thank you Nancy for your amazing work!❤️

Two weeks ago I had fibroblast on my upper eyelids, loved it!! Nancy very professional explained to me step by step what was happening during the treatment. My recovery was easy, had very mild swelling and scabs fell off at day 4. So far I'm very pleased! I cant wait until my final results. Highly recommend Nancy her work rocks!!

Hands down you have to experience going to Nancy! Not only is she passionate about her work, but also all the knowledge and information she brings to every session I attended. She cared for my well being before, during, and after each session following up with recommend products that were going to help my process. I highly recommend her work. If I could give Nancy a million stars I would. She has been the best massage therapist and support system during my most vulnerable state post bbl. She always has been super responsive with any questions I had, EVEN MONTHS BEFORE MY SURGERY. The massages are life changing and she takes her time to assist you without looking at the clock to send you on your way. I’ve been that patient who has messaged her at random hours and she always responds within minutes. I would absolutely recommend her for all post op and all services she provides! Nancy is not only a great person but a "Truly Professional Woman"! Her business is cozy, elegant, organized, clean, all around just comfortable to be in. I am a chicken when it comes to inducing pain in my body, I was nervous but it turned out that since Nancy is so gentle and knows what she is doing, I did not feel anything! It was a great experience for me and for my husband, yes, we went together and had our upper lids done. We are both loving our results... she checks on us to see how we are doing and told us specifics of what to do and what not to do. We followed all directions given and are truly in love with what we are seeing as a result! Thank you Nancy, we will for sure be back.....!
