My daughter and I had two hair cuts and a keratin treatment. The appointment took 1 hour to complete all done by the same woman. It was also $345 and a hacked job. I have long had that grows to my waist. Now I have to fix it elsewhere and it’s a mid-length. Such a shame because I used to come here often and recommended so many people here when they ask for Korean hair services. I hope you re-train your staff better and go back to the same quality of service. It’s absolutely terrible. You’re loosing a lot of customers. It’s practically empty in the salon on a Saturday.

Horrible haircut & horrible service, looks nothing like the reference & the lady that did my hair was very dismissive and non communicative & did not indicate that she didn’t speak or understand english well until the end. So essentially, when I showed her the reference photo, all she said was something along the lines of my hair is "very thick or too thick." And then I clearly asked "Does that mean I shouldn’t get the haircut? Or is there a different haircut u recommend?". She went straight to cutting without acknowledging my question at all & I assumed she knew what she was doing. She was very dismissive from the moment I walked through the door & I assumed she just doesn’t like talking, but ig I should have been more firm. At least she apologized at the end & said she tried her best, but she really should have warned me that it was gonna barely look like the picture. If she atleast gave me an approximate expectation of the look, it would have greatly minimized my distress. Way too clonky, no bangs (said it would look ugly, but after the fact???) , no styling, rushed hair washing as well compared to other salons. Also, it was even worse before I told her to fix it a little, like she didn’t even try to thin out the sides.

It was the most worse haircut I ever had. She changed 15 minutes haircut for $45.00 and then couple minutes of styling. I would not recommend to anyone else that kind of service.

Perfect experience, exactly what I was looking for! Called at 1pm today Sunday afternoon to see if any same day openings and luckily not too busy, so was able to make appointment for 3pm. Soo was my stylist, she did my shampoo, cut, blowdry and even curled at the end for style. She and one other stylist was there, both very friendly and Soo checked in about length, making sure I got what I was looking for. So happy to find a Korean/asian hair styling place in the valley that does a great job, thank you!!

Spend a lot to perm hair but only 3 weeks, my bang has become the same as it was before I went out the barber shop with frizzy hair, not even close to any of the picture in the reviews. Worst experience ever. It doesn’t worth so much money.

Just had a great haircut and perm done here. Super clean salon and outstanding service. Definitely will be back again!!! Sally and Sean are so good!

Really appreciated that stylist (did not catch her name) was upfront with price before cut as well as costs for options. As other reviewers mention, price is reasonable for salon quality. When giving her opinions, it felt that I was receiving advice in the best interest of my hair and not for her to simply make extra money. I’m pretty wary getting my hair cut many places as I have thick asian/latina hair, but stylist did fantastic as well as doing phenomenally at getting my hair as close to the style I wanted. I miscut my bangs awhile back, making her unable to do exactly what I wanted for the bangs but she was clear about that and corrected my shoddy bang cut close to what I wanted. I forgot about my appointment the night before and slept in braids making my hair wavy when I showed up the appointment (not its natural state) and stylist handled the issues easily without needing a wash (as I’d recently washed my hair and she recommend against it for hair health, etc). 10/10 would recommend and intend to return next time I need my hair trimmed.
