Before this incident, we had visited this hair salon twice. My husband sometimes stopped by for a haircut when we went grocery shopping at a nearby supermarket. While waiting for him, I once asked the female owner to cut my hair as well. She recommended a perm and dye, but due to my sensitive skin, I could only opt for a haircut. She pointed to the male hairstylist and said, "Let him cut your hair then." The male hairstylist said, "I’ll cut your hair for $18." I declined. However, today when we visited again, while waiting, I showed the male hairstylist a photo of a hairstyle on my phone and asked if he could cut my hair to match the picture. He confidently said, "Yes!" I thought, why not give it a try? To my shock, the hairstylist gave me an extremely short, completely masculine haircut and then charged me $35. We asked him for an explanation, but he became nervous and started yelling hysterically. I requested to speak to the owner, but the hairstylist firmly refused to provide the owner’s phone number. What’s even more unbelievable is that the male hairstylist actually called the police, claiming we refused to pay for the service. I explained the situation to the officers who arrived and asked for their help, which is how I finally got the owner’s phone number. However, when I explained the situation to the owner, she only cared about whether she had received our payment. After we sent proof of the bank payment page showing that we not only paid for the haircut but also left a $10 tip, we never received any further response or call from them. This level of terrible service and attitude toward customers is shocking and unacceptable. I believe it’s necessary to let consumers see the truth and avoid experiencing similar unpleasantness, which is why I’m leaving this review.

Worst experience ever I have been to this place a couple other times to get my hair dyed red no problem any other time. this time around I schedule an appointment when I get there. I already get seen 20 minutes late and then the guy is flipping through a book to get my hair dye red I’ve already gotten my hair dyed red here before he pointed a page of red that I’ve never gotten done before. I point to the right One says and he I have to bleach my hair once again. I’ve never had bleach my hair before, then he points a black hair dye little red in it, but it’s black pretty much I was not happy so I just got up and left. I’m never returning.

Got an apt through ClassPass. I REGRET IT! Holly never cut my hair it was Harry. Said was apt with him since ClassPass doesn't say that Holly cuts hair I said ok. I said I only wanted a trim and ended up cutting over 3 inches of hair. Did not wet my hair so cut it dried. I thought to myself I'll trust the process. But no never come here. Completely destroyed my hair and I now have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Cut and thinned my hair so much I cannot put it in a ponytail. Before I needed 4 holders and now not even one can hold the thin and short hair. DO NOT GO HERE!

Hair stylist Holly never disappoint me. Every time I come in I feel like a different woman! Today, she recommended the Crystal Clear Treatment because of the dry and split ends of my hair. Totally happy with the results! My hair is more glossy and smoother. The shine is incredible unlike before it was getting dull. Thank you Holly!

Took my daughter there 2 weeks ago for a haircut and partial highlights. It cost me 100 dollars. So disappointed now because the color of her hair is faded. I only see a little bit color on the top portion of her hair. I think I won't come back again..

First time visit at Kinh Do Hair Design. Very happy experience! Andy has my hair looking fabulous!!!!! He’s a professional and friendly. I love my new haircuts! Highly recommend this place!!!
