My experience with Amelia was a complete disaster. After my initial haircut, I returned for a second appointment. When asked how my hair had been since the last cut, I couldn't hide my disappointment. I admitted that it had been a horrible experience, leaving me feeling embarrassed and unable to even leave the house for the entire month of June. I expressed my unhappiness and lack of enthusiasm for the upcoming hair coloring appointment. Despite this, Amelia went ahead and charged me for the color treatment, which she never even applied. To make matters worse, she proceeded to cut my hair unevenly all around my head, turning it into a nightmare situation. Even my psychologist and aesthetician couldn't help but notice the disaster on my head. Thankfully, another hairdresser was able to fix the uneven mess that Amelia had created. It seemed as though Amelia either didn't care about the outcome or intentionally sabotaged my hair due to my dissatisfaction. It became clear that short haircuts were not her forte, and she lacked the necessary skills to handle them properly. In conclusion, Amelia's unprofessionalism and lack of skill were truly disappointing.

I go to Amelia at Milan Salon and Spa and she does amazing, quality work! I call her my hair wizard - she seriously makes it look sooo good. From cuts, colors, highlights, and styles, including formal hair, I’ve always been happy with her work. She even helped me with some terrible grow out by adding highlights when I decided I didn’t want pink hair anymore and the results were amazing. She’ll work with you to find a service that fits your budget but still looks and feels amazing. 20/10 recommend!!

I'm going to be very honest, I hate cutting my hair just because I never get it done right. I'm very picky when it comes to the length and style until I came here. I have never been so happy with my hair until it was cut by Yahasmin. I told her exactly what I wanted and she gave me more. She gave me some suggestions due to my hair being very heavy and thick. I was a bit hesitant after first but I took her advice because I have seen her work and she's obviously been cutting for a while. I left her salon feeling so good and now I can't have anyone else cut my hair! I recommend this salon 200% because you get quality work and time from these ladies. Never ever going anywhere else.

Yahasmin is super amazing! I walked in with very damaged hair that I thought would be impossible to be made beautiful again but Yahasmin was down for the challenge and did amazing work!! Although it will take time to get where I want, she got me closer in one visit than expected. I am so happy with the result and when I got home, my boyfriend had the biggest smile, he loved my hair as well and said this is the best he's seen it. I will keep going back to her for sure!!

I love Milan Salon and Spa. Yahasmin had been styling my hair for 10 years and has created some beautiful classic styles for me as well as some funky cuts. She is incredibly talented and innovative.

Not only was the outcome spectacular, but the price was also very reasonable, especially considering the level of skill and attention to detail. I have gotten my hair done in the past a few times but nothing compares to this salon and my stylist who did my hair. Yasmin was truly amazing she is upfront and honest about cost, about time, and if it is possible to get the results I wanted right from the jump. She did a major transformation and color correction on me and when I tell you I am so amazed by my hair. She went above and beyond and she truly cared about me as a client. If you need anything done on your hair I highly suggest Yasmin. She’s the best you’ll find.
