The best service you could ask for! Not only is it incredibly relaxing, Samantha takes the time to teach you about your scalp and how to properly care for it. Highly recommend for both the service and the excellent customer service provided. They take before and after pictures and then provide a list of products for your scalp type.

Absolutely LOVED my experience and cannot wait to return! I had originally planned to book a session for myself and one for my mom, who lives out of state. When I saw double sessions were available, I was thrilled and booked us together. My mom was hesitant at first—this isn’t something she usually does—but afterward she was so glad she came. Samantha was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and she and her colleague made the entire experience effortless and relaxing. They took their time, never rushed, and gave us both such helpful guidance for our scalp health. We were truly impressed. In fact, my mom is now the one insisting we come back regularly! Thank you so much, Samantha—we can’t wait for our next visit!

Amazing amazing just fully drawn and satisfied! Samantha is just savior for me, I am committed to my six months treatments, and completed my 3 months till now. And Wow! I can already see my result! I have thin hair regarding pregnancies and thyroid issues I lost so much hair. But recently I see my hair is growing and I am noticing losing less hat while shampooing! I also use her oil which is I am already in love with! I follow all Samantha’s ideas, I always ask her tons of questions!;) And Samantha always answers me everything in details, always giving me recommendations, sending me pictures of products!:) she is amazingly knowledgeable and very patient. This was my first time at a head spa and let me tell you it was amazing! Samantha was not only beyond kind and professional, she also was very informed on how to treat my scalp with the concerns I shared and what was seen. The actual service was calm and relaxing. It was everything I hoped it would be. If your questioning if you should do it let me tell DO IT! You will not be disappointed. You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and renewed. My best friend and I booked a double head spa to treat ourselves. Staff was very welcoming. Made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Staff thoroughly explained the steps and made sure I was comfortable and had no questions before continuing. Would recommend this business and service to anyone looking to paper themselves.

I had been wanting to do a headspa for some time so I booked a double appointment and brought my cousin along. It was so interesting to actually see your scalp to find out your hair issues and get recommendations on how to treat it going forward and of course the best part, the massage. It was everything I was hoping for. It was so relaxing that I went home and took the best nap of my life. I definitely plan to go again and couldn't recommend it enough to anyone on the fence. Samantha is super nice, very accommodating, and knowledgeable in her specialty.

Highly recommend! I had never been to a Head Spa before, but when I received a gift certificate for Lumos Luxe I was beyond thrilled. The fact it was Harry Potter themed made it even better, but even if you aren’t familiar or a HP fan you’ll thoroughly enjoy the services. Julie treated me to the Crown and Cosmos package - I can’t remember the last time I was so relaxed! They start off by showing you a very up close view of your scalp and after the treatment you’ll get recommendations for your scalp health too, so it isn’t "just" a head massage. The facial was incredible too. Julie was professional, charming, and talented. If you are looking for an incredibly tranquil experience that will also boost your scalp/facial skin health, look no further!
