Joseph Lamar Salon

I have been going to the Joseph Lamar Salon for many years and I love it here! They are very welcoming when you enter-and this salon is very clean and spacious! I have Penney as my stylist and she’s the best! She always boosts my confidence with a wonderful color touch up and refresh! I get my hair cut with her too. I love how she styles my hair afterwards too! I highly recommend her and this salon!

My daughter Brianna & I went to the Joseph Lamar Salon for hair & makeup for the day of my son’s wedding. What a truly wonderful experience with Sossie & Michelle. They went above & beyond!!! Our hair & makeup looked amazing!! We received so many compliments at the wedding. Sossie & Michelle made us feel so special & they took their time with us. Stylist James is amazing! Very knowledgable, personable and professional! From the first appointment I had with James, he knew exactly what I wanted to achieve with my hair color and highlights for my (wavy/beach curl hair) hair regrowth and made it look great! I get many compliments! He definitely knows what he's doing and even suggested some other styling ideas that I may want to try. He also offered some great maintenance tips for keeping my hair in good condition. I know that with all my future appointments, James will do an awesome job on my hair color. So happy! I've been coming to this salon for many years now, and there's one reason: James Staley. He's the best. He listens to what I want. He understands what my hair needs. And he's the sweetest, kindest person I know. My cut and my color are perfect every single time.

I went somewhere so my wife could get a free haircut. My cutter James was a really good guy. He gave me a good haircut. $35 for a haircut to me was a little pricey. Then again I'm a guy. Anything over $20 bucks for me seems like a waste of money for a haircut. The staff is friendly the Cutters know what they are doing and it's been around for a long time. My wife and daughters are very happy with the place and they always come out looking great and it's always busy. Try them out.

I had the pleasure of being taken care by Nancy. She was a lovely experience to say the least. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed the person behind the chair. Great haircut and better environment.

Id like to say that my hair dresser Mariam is not only very professional, she is very down to earth! She does an excellent job on my hair which has resulted in me being a regular monthly client. My cuts are perfect and the covering of my gray hairs is on point. Thank you Mariam and staff for making me feel welcomed. See you next month.
