The Simple Salon - Burbank

My son and I were at the mall just before the stores were about to close. After taking a photo with Santa, I noticed the salon was still open and had a customer inside. I asked if they could give my young son a quick haircut, and the stylist, Lucas, kindly agreed despite being busy. Lucas was extremely professional, patient, and gentle with my son. He took the time to explain each step of the haircut, making my son feel comfortable and ensuring he stayed still for a great result. His exceptional customer service and dedication stood out, even at the end of a long day. Kudos to Lucas for an excellent experience—we'll definitely be back!

Came in as a Walk in customer,,the staff was very nice and accomodating,,the Stylist Lukas was very nice and obviously good at his craft,,,will return here for my next haircut ☺️ very satisfied with the service

I came to this location back in Oct Alla did a remarkable job, I made another appointment. I flew in Feb 13th for my appointment at 6pm that night and as I was on the plane at 7:36 am I was told by text that Alla couldn’t do my hair because she was in an accident. She informed me that they could still do my hair but it would be someone else. For my appointment at 6pm. So I decided to go in and see if they had something sooner the lady said yea for a cut I explained to her no cut and highlights. She was like ooo I can’t do that I leave at 6pm I said my appointment was for 6pm she said I know.she said sorry she can do a cut or half highlights because she leaving at 6pm. I feel that I wasted my money and time booking in advance to have done and just not to have it done. I understand that accidents happen but for my appointment to be at 6pm and was told she was leaving at 6pm makes me feel like no one would have been there at all. Not right at all.

Jason gave our son his first haircut and did such an amazing job. He had the perfect temperament to help our son be comfortable and the skill to make him look great. Thanks so much!!

Paid $52.00 for a haircut but I didn’t see any difference nor did my husband after walking out of the salon. Not even a hairstyle catalog in this salon when I walked in, was told to google the style that I want. I showed the style to the hair stylist said he could do better! I feel that I paid too much to just shampoo and blow dry my hair! Definitely not coming back to this "salon"!

Loved my hair cut from Alyssa! She did a wonderful job and has a nice personality. Very knowledgeable and I will definitely go back to her 🙂 Thank you, Alyssa! Everyone in the salon are friendly and welcoming!

Only rated 1 star so I could post this review. Called and explained the 4 services I wanted, the day and time I was looking for. They booked it for a different time and then tried to squeeze me in around a color and blow-dry service. I walked out after I was told it was my fault for booking the wrong time. I asked for 2:30 or 3pm. Was told ol will book you for 3pm. I was told I was late I was scheduled for 2pm. I clarified from my notes which included the name of the person I spoke with on the call which coincidently was the stylist when I went in. I cannot state what services would be like but bthey need to change their business model.
