The best hair studio in Burbank!! I have naturally curly hair and having had nightmare haircuts throughout my life, I know that if you find someone who can cut your curls the right way...you stay. Owner Amanda is literally the only one I'll see for my hair. The studio is always so clean and personally, I think..very affordable. I love Krimson and recommend to anyone, especially the curly girls out there.

Krimson studio is a great place to get ur hair done! I got my highlights done by heather and they came out so pretty, she is really nice, genuinely cares about her clients, and is so fast it’s crazy!! Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a color change

I've lived a few blocks from Krimson for about 10 years. I'm super leery about going into hair salons due to costs and I always feel like they never listen to me. I've cut my own hair at home my entire life. I'm 46. I walked in to talk with someone and I immediately felt welcome. I asked about a perm and Holly came out. She asked numerous questions and asked for pictures of what I was looking for. They set me up for an appointment that next weekend. Holly again asked what I was looking for and they did such an excellent job. The prices are good. They take excellent care of you and come back to check if everything is going good and if you're comfortable. Holly never make feel as if I was taking up seat time. The last salon I went to in Burbank really made me feel like they were waiting for the next client. I will continue to go here. I feel like everyone there likes what they do and wanted to meet my expectations. They didn't try and push hair products in me (even though they have a wonderful selection.) Basically, I didn't like I was a sale. I was a person.

I love this place! I was HIGHLY referred to a stylist here named Holly about 4 years ago (Japanese hair straightening), and I've never seen anyone but her since. Holly is absolutely amazing and easily the best hair stylist that I've ever gone to. She's professional, friendly, and so darn good. Seriously. And I really love the calm and peaceful ambiance of this salon. I really can't recommend Krimson enough! Please give Holly a call, you'll thank me for it.

Update: Amanda the owner reached out to me almost immediately after my initial review. Which I appreciated. She refunded me my money at once and offered to fix my hair herself. I declined her offer and went elsewhere. However, it meant a lot how much she genuinely cared that this was an issue. This interaction changed my review rating. I'm going to leave my first review for context. This is a nice place and the owner is very dedicated. It's just not the place for me. New to the area and was looking for a new salon. Chose this place based on the reviews. When I showed the stylist what I was going for, she didn't have much of a response, I'm usually nervous going to new salons because I have Asian hair and wear my hair short. And getting it cut properly is an issue. This stylist hacked up my hair. It looks like a kid cut off a dolls hair. I know stylists aren't magicians, but her lack of communication and care is just upsetting.
