I can't recommend Tammy at Crowning Glory enough! As someone with curly hair, it's always been a challenge to find a stylist who truly understands my mixed textures. Tammy specializes in dry cutting and color correction, and it makes such a difference. She takes the time to see how my curls naturally fall and shapes them accordingly, giving me a cut that works with my hair, not against it. The visit was both professional and relaxing, with wonderful assistants who were attentive and experienced. My hair has never looked better—more defined, balanced, and full of life! I’m so grateful to have found Tammy who truly knows curly hair, and kicks up the style.

Gabrielle is simply amazing! I am super picky about who I let touch my head as I’ve had some bad cuts in the past. My hair texture is fine but I have a TON of it so it shows any flaws in a cut. It is also wavy in the back (2b) but straighter in the front (2a) so I know it is not straightforward to work with. Gabrielle is precise and detail oriented making sure things that need to be semetrical are. She has a great eye and recommends things that I was thinking of but hadn’t said yet because she knows what works well with your face. Her cuts are so great that I’ve had complements months after even during a grow out phase. She is extremely knowledgable and teaches you how to take care of your hair while she cuts it. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

I went to see Ali to touch up my color and trim my hair so it can grow out to the length it used to be. She did a great job, and the salon is really nice! Her assistant Angela was also great. I highly recommend this place!

Gabrielle is an absolute treasure! Come for the haircut, and stay for the education. She has a wealth of hair care knowledge, and she shares it generously. I'm a guy who grew out his hair during COVID. With Gabrielle's help, I have greatly improved my hair health and learned to care for my curls. I even converted my girlfriend to team Gabrielle. We're both very happy with our hair.

Love this spot! I met my hairstylist last year while I was working and then came the time when I needed a new hairstylist so me and Gabrielle flipped roles and has become my favorite person whom I can trust with my hair. She's a down to earth person who is a hard worker and it shows. The Salon is also one of the best/ if not the best on the block which is like a lot! Like 327 salons!!! (I counted)(JK)

I was lucky enough to be paired with Gabrielle. I haven’t had a haircut in two years since the pandemic began. I was terrified to get one in fear that the stylist would mess it up and that would be my only chance. I came to crowning glory and was lucky enough to have Gabrielle available. She talked me through her process and it really eased my tension. She did such a wonderful job and was so incredibly kind, there was no other location or stylist I will ever use in the future besides her. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Christopher is the sweetest, most caring hairstylist I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to!! I have unruly frizzy curly hair and he did an amazing dry cut, explaining everything, giving advice and making me feel super at-ease. He even managed to fit me in quickly on Labor Day weekend when everywhere else said no. I’ll definitely be back!!!!
