I had a Brazilian blowout done. I have had 3 done before else where. I am not happy at all with the service or the answers given to me by the owner. My hair is not shiny or frizz free. I feel the process was not completed correctly. I did not have an issue with the last 3 Brazilian blowouts that I had done elsewhere. The owner only recommendation was to use the Brazilian blowout shampoo and conditioner. I never used it with any others that I had done. I use Professional salon products on my hair. with no chemicals. I felt the owner could have done something to rectify the issue. The only thing she said was come tomorrow and I will blowout your hair, that is not going to fix the issue. I would not recommend this service. I didn’t expect a full refund but would have been nice to redo a process. Like I said I had 3 done before didn’t have an issue with them or my after care. They actually lasted me more then 6 months.
