The Fringe 17' Boutique

We were super lucky to come across Lisa (owner of The Fringe 17) and her super nice rental for my daughter who needed to stay in Bismarck for her USPS clerk training for a week. Her rental unit was only a few miles from school. The unit was clean and comfortable with everything a person needed for the week. Lisa was super nice and super reasonably priced. She also had a very cute boutique we visited that smelled so good when you walked in:) Lots of cute stuff to check out! Very thankful to have met Lisa and been able to stay in her rental. Would recommend her to anyone!!!

Me and my son had such a wonderful first visit to The Fringe 17’ Boutique & Salon in Bismarck! My 2.5-year-old son got a haircut with Lisa, and she was amazing with him. His last haircut, at a different salon, wasn’t a positive experience—it left him upset and hesitant about the process. But Lisa turned that around and helped him feel so calm and comfortable. My little guy left looking great and happy! The boutique itself also has so many beautiful clothes and other items on display. I couldn’t resist picking up a turquoise cardigan that I absolutely love. Highly recommend this place for both salon services and stylish shopping!

I had an amazing experience here. Lisa did awesome on my hair i definitely did not expect my hair to turn out as well as it did. Ive always been afraid to go get my hair done and she helped me get over that. Im very happy with the finished product and id be happy to go again! I will definitely recommend going here. Very nice attitude to!

She does amazing job . I am so very pleased the way Lisa does my hair she just looks at my hair and says I think this would be great and it hasn't ever turned out where I haven't loved it she has a personality that makes you feel so warm and special. I would recommend this place highly to anybody

I definitely recommend for people to make an appointment with Lisa to get their hair done. The Fringe also has many unique items in the shop. Stop on in and buy something for yourself or as gifts for others!
