The first time I visited Mikayla I requested classic lashes. After her showing me several pictures of hybrid lashes I stayed firm with classic. This was my first time receiving lashes so when she showed me the end result I said thank you, paid and left. As I was paying I realized the bill was higher and I wasn’t charged the classic price. Shortly after I noticed hybrid lashes falling out, a singular extension was glued to 3 lashes. Multiple lashes came out in this fashion. The second time I came to her, I let her know about how my lashes were coming out in clumps - she shrugged it off. I then requested the cat eye look but she did the doll eye with no explanation. She didn’t tell me we couldn’t switch over or try to do something new. For the second time she did whatever she wanted with no explanation or regard to what I desired. I am now going elsewhere and was shocked by how pain free and easy it is to get my lashes done while receiving what I actually request. My new lash technician also mentioned my previous extensions being glued to multiple real lashes, in clumps. We took pictures but I’m unable to post here.

A most excellent salon in a very well restored downtown Bismarck historical building. The service was good from moment I walked in the door. They made me feel welcome and were very polite and asking if I wanted a beverage. My stylist took time to get to know my hair preference and she was very personable and professional. I like the results a lot. The only thing bad for me is I don't live in Bismarck ND and was traveling so may not get to return. Highly recommend this beauty salon. It's spacious, clean and they did a great job.
