I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. After a different salon completely ruined my hair color spotty and patchy I emailed very early in the morning after working an overnight shift. I got a response before 8 AM and was scheduled that same day, which already blew me away with their kindness and efficiency. Melissa sat me down right away, took pictures, and explained everything so I’d be able to get a refund from the other salon. Then Tianna worked absolute magic. She asked every question, looked carefully at my inspiration photos, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She walked me through each step, making what could have been a stressful situation right before a wedding! feel smooth and stress-free. On top of her talent, she was also wonderful to talk to, which made the whole appointment fly by. The atmosphere in the salon was just as wonderful. Other stylists stopped to compliment my hair and were so kind, which only added to how supported and confident I felt walking out the door. The results were beautiful, and Tianna’s warmth and care made all the difference. Even running on no sleep, I felt at ease and left feeling confident and ready for the wedding. I’m only giving a second star because the staff apologized, but it doesn’t undo the embarrassment and the trauma I just had to experience as a parent of watching my 5 year old daughter be devastated because we aren’t wealthy and we were lied to about price and then sent out the door without service one hour before her big event. On January 5th, my daughter had a haircut wash and style for 21 dollars. Check your system/receipts Evolve! I made an appointment this morning and spoke to a man on the phone. I do not think it’s his fault he didn’t know the "correct price" because as I said, one month ago we went and paid 21 dollars so it’s more than just one person who believes this there. On the phone I let them know my daughter has an important dance tonight and ask to schedule a hair appointment an hour before the event. I check the price, all is good to go, I specified I couldn’t afford more than that. I show up and the lady says nope that’ll be 50 DOLLARS! She sat and watched as I attempted to get ahold of great clips or anywhere that could do this on short notice for less money because 50 dollars is outrageous especially when they told me 21 dollars. I spoke to like 2 different people at the shop, they apologized but shrugged until we had to walk out and leave and my daughter cry in the car asking why we don’t have enough money. My husband called the store and spoke to the owner who said they would have a staff meeting on prices but that doesn’t undo our experience. They really couldn’t wash and curl a little girls hair for the price they told us and that we had a month ago? They had to ruin a little girls night? And put me as a mother through the embarrassment of the entire shop staring at me? If you tell someone the wrong price, and screw them over, you offer a discount or SOMETHING. 20 dollars is all it takes for you guys to turn away a little girl and crush her. A little girl already sitting in your chair. Sure hope you never know how it feels to fall on hard times. I really loved this place and I doubt I’ll ever feel comfortable to step foot in there again.

I can not say enough Great things about Evolve. I have been going here for a few years now and keep going back for multiple services. Everyone there is friendly and professional. They make you feel welcomed and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I get compliments on my hair frequently and constantly recommend Shelby!! She is Simply Amazing!!

It was my first time coming here, and the experience was absolutely incredible. I walked in with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted, and I really appreciated how my stylist talked through the entire process with me. She triple-checked everything to make sure we were on the same page, which made me feel comfortable and confident. The environment was great, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Byrne has a wonderful personality! She was so kind and caring and really listened to what I wanted. Had a great time talking with her throughout the appointment…time flew by! Would highly recommend her and look forward to my next appt 🙂

I really appreciated how I was greeted at the front desk. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. I felt comfortable during my whole haircut. Jo did a phenomenal job with my curly haircut and I would definitely recommend coming here for a haircut.

Very clean, inviting, and professional. Brought both my teenage daughters for hair cuts. They listened to our ideas, had amazing feed back. I’ll definitely be making evolve my new salon choice.
