I thoroughly enjoyed my Head Space appointment with Jen. It was a thoughtful gift from my children. After going through major surgery – cervical fusion – it was a wonderful way to feel relaxed and pampered. It was interesting and educational to see close-ups of my scalp and hair follicles. It also helped with the scalp itch that my dermatologist was treating with a steroid cream, which I prefer not to use. Do yourself a favor and try it. Or gift a Head Space treatment to someone you love!

I highly recommend the Head Spa at Simplicity. I’ve had the service twice with Tracie as my technician, and both were 10/10 experiences. The lineup of treatments you receive during the session is vast and restorative, but the best part is that you can just lay back and relax and know you will be taken care of. I never wanted the sessions to come to an end. Pro tip: don’t schedule anything afterwards that will induce stress in your body or mind because you will be in full relaxation mode.

Recently I had the exquisite experience of a Head Space service from Tracie. This service is not only informative and cutting edge but is an exceptionally relaxing and beneficial hair treatment. My hair felt fuller when finished and I left feeling tranquil and calm. Thank you Tracie!!

Micheila was amazing! She is an expert on curly hair and talked me through everything I needed to know while I was getting my curly cut. She knew exactly what shape fit me best and made sure to listen to the length I wanted. I would not go anywhere else!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I asked for two inches off and long layers and she cut a shelf into the back of my hair. Looks choppy and awful. Not to mention I couldn’t see my hair then entire appointment and she put the straightener up the my scalp when straightening it. Did not seem to know what she was doing at all and barely spoke to me the entire appointment.

Simplicity is a welcoming salon and the stylists are so great. Micheila is a curly hairs dream come true!!! She not only leaves you with bomb curls that you didn't even know you had, but she will walk you thru what she's doing and what products she is using so that you can care for your curls at home. She's a total sweetheart too. I highly recommend Simplicity. You will feel right at home and I'm sure you will find that hairstylist-customer relationship you were looking for.
