I normally do not leave reviews unless it was an exceptional experience or a complete disaster. This one would be More than exceptional! I stopped in to meet Lee for the first time, before I knew it, she had me in her chair, working her magic on my very fine hair. She gave me a bit of a well needed trim, a fast high shine treatment and a few of her awesome extension pieces for a bit of fullness. (Leaving that open for me to come back for a few more if I would like) I left there feeling like a million bucks! (which is rare for me!) Lee is a beautiful soul with gentle, experienced hands, the rest of the staff there were pleasant & welcoming and the salon was extremely organized & very well kept. If I could give this establishment & staff more stars, I sure would! So needless to say, I would Highly recommend!!!! THANK YOU, LEE!!! 😋

I can’t say enough good things about Lee at Salon & Beyond! She completely refreshed my hair. She gave me a cut and highlight and also gave me extensions, the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. She is incredibly talented and truly knows what she’s doing, everything blended perfectly and looks so natural and is so SOFT. On top of that, she works fast without ever sacrificing quality, which I really appreciated. I am absolutely in love with my new hair and have never felt more confident. Highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for beautiful, high quality results!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!! I clearly told Carol multiple times that I did not want my hair cut short. We agreed on 2 inches, and even with layers, the maximum that should have been cut was about 3 inches. Instead, she cut approximately 8 INCHES OFF. When Carol began the haircut, she cut off two inches without asking and before washing my hair. She then noticed some dryness and proceeded to cut additional length without warning, cutting off hair I specifically told her not to cut. When she cut my bangs, they were extremely uneven and completely different from the style I requested. It looked as though the haircut was stopped halfway through. At that point, I should have left, but I chose to trust the process, especially since the salon was kind enough to move my appointment earlier. I ended up going to another salon, where the stylist was genuinely shocked by what had been done and described it as a violation of trust. She explained that even with dry or damaged hair, a stylist should never cut more than what the client agrees to. She did her best to fix it, but the damage had already been done. Unfortunately, the final result was devastating. A significant amount of hair I had been growing out for my graduation was gone. I also had a graduation photoshoot the same day, and I felt extremely discouraged and uncomfortable taking pictures because of how much length had been taken. Again, I do NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!

I love this salon! Lee has created such a warm, welcoming space and it’s really nice that the salon offers multiple services all in one place. You can tell a lot of care and thought goes into the business. Highly recommend checking them out!

I am new to this town and found this gem of a salon. Jamie took me in last minute and did such a great job on my highlights. She listened to what I wanted and quickly got the idea. She is professional and efficient with her work. I loved how my hair turned out! So glad I found this place. It’s a very welcoming environment and they absolutely know what they are doing.

I have been a customer at this wonderful salon for several years. Lee has always done an amazing job on mine, my husbands and daughter's hair. I have also had several, wonderful pedicure's from Jamie. The shop is very well appointed and spotlessly clean. They have 3 manicure stations and 2 pedicure stations. The newest pedicure chair gives a great massage! What I love most about this place is the personal experience you get from the moment you walk in the door. They treat everyone like family and I have personally seen them make time for new customers. They certainly aim to please! If I could give a higher rating I would!!

I get my nails done at this salon with Jammie, and it's a fantastic experience. She takes great care to make sure my nails are healthy, as well as shaped and polished to perfection. I had an acrylic product on them originally, but she uses a gel product that has allowed my natural nails to grow so that I can get away from the acrylics. The result is a much more natural look, and it's a faster process, too. Further, for anyone who is wondering, I've been told the entire staff at the salon is vaccinated. Here's how I came upon that info; For several months during the early stages of the pandemic (pre vaccine), I was going to a small salon in downtown Bethlehem. The staff there were masked and seemed to take vaccine protocols seriously. After the vaccine had been out for several months and masking protocols had relaxed, I went to the salon and asked the owner if they were still masking. She said if I was comfortable, I didn't need to wear a mask. I assumed (wrongly) that this meant her staff was vaccinated. After several additional visits, sitting across from her nail technician indoors for at least an hour at a time, the nail tech told me in conversation that she wasn't vaccinated and had no plan to become so. She hadn't worn a mask in several visits. I found Salon and Beyond after that conversation. The owner of Salon and Beyond told me all her staff members were vaccinated when I asked specifically before my first visit. (No hate for people who are vaccine cautious, I just want you tell me, and I want you to mask if you are sitting in front of me working on my hands, indoors, for lengthy periods of time).
