Teresa should get 10 stars. I just had another amazing facial! I have had the pleasure of experiencing many facials, but Teresa’s work stands in a league of its own. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, relaxed, and put in the hands of a true professional who has mastered her craft. The skin assessment, cleansing, exfoliation, and massage — each step was thoughtfully tailored. If you’re seeking a facial that goes beyond ordinary—and into a realm of relaxation, personalization, and remarkable results—Teresa is the expert you want. She has earned my utmost appreciation and trust, and I can not recommend her enough to anyone looking to elevate their skincare routine and overall well-being. I highly recommend her.

Samantha gave me the best facial I’ve ever had—truly. I’ve been dealing with hormonal acne around my jaw and mouth, and she was incredibly gentle and thoughtful throughout. My skin felt so soft and nourished afterward, like it finally got what it needed. Thank you so much, Samantha! I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Bend♥️

Easy check-in. Professional service and welcoming. Very clean establishment and very quiet and peaceful. My therapist did a wonderful job; I fell in and out of sleep. Lol. Will definitely return. Chugged a bunch of glass bottler water that was provided before walking out. Got suggestions on better parking for next time I visit and enjoyed some shopping afterward. Was such a lovely experience. Online booking made it even easier to make a reservation for service too.

Short review: - reasonable pricing - clean environment - exceptional customer service Full long overdue review: I’ve been getting sugared consistently for over 7 years and have seen my fair share of sugarists—so I can confidently say that Marianne is truly exceptional. I go to her for full Brazilian sugaring, and as you can imagine, that’s a very vulnerable service. But Marianne has an incredible way of making you feel totally comfortable. She is professional but also extremely personable. It never feels transactional. My husband makes the joke that I’m going to my monthly therapy appointment because I genuinely enjoy my time at Radiant spa (even tho Im getting a dreadful hair removal service). Also, if you’re at the salon, do yourself a favor and book a massage with Nicole. She is amazing—seriously works magic with her hands. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. She’s intuitive, attentive, and knows exactly how to work out tension. Can’t recommend these two enough. This place is a gem!

I was excited to try this new day spa in Bend so I booked myself a facial as a belated birthday treat. This spa is so my style! The decor made me happy and was just my vibe. I was totally relaxed from the moment I stepped through the front door and made my way to the lounge to wait for my treatment. My skin is still glowing days later from the signature facial by Melissa that was customized for my sensitive skin. She used a mix of organic products from ISUN and Cosmedix -- and I loved the results! The massage with the facial was pretty spa-mazing as well! I highly recommend Radiant Day Spa for a cool place to get properly pampered. I'll definitely be back!

This is the second time getting a facial here because the first time was amazing! They out did themselves again! Marianne was above and beyond incredible and gave me the best facial I’ve ever had! I love the atmosphere, the calm feeling when you walk in. They’re all so friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable, caring, and they make you feel so important!
