Dr. Covey is an excellent, skilled, thoughtful, and professional medical provider. She has been my esthetics physician for a year and I’m beyond pleased with the results of my treatment, as is my family. I came here for years specifically to see Dr Pamela Mondorf, the absolute best person in Bend for Botox, filler, and PRF injections. I had tried other med spas in Bend and Dr Mondorf is who I trusted most with any injections for my face! I used to also get regular RF Microneedling but when they changed owners the front desk personnel and overall service changed and I decided to stop coming here. The last straw was when halfway through my last RF Microneedling session the machine stopped working. Celia figured out the access code had not been renewed on time by new owner, she stated at the time that she saw it had expired. She said she’d contact me when it was fixed to reschedule but I never was contacted by anyone. The owners response below is trying to rewrite what actually happened. When I found out Dr Mondorf left I was very happy to follow her to her new beautiful office in downtown Bend! I can get all the same services there and it is a more convenient location for me.

Capri and Amanda are literally the best girls. Always welcoming and accommodating to my schedule. I have coming to Elite since 2022 and I wouldn’t go anywhere else .

Dr Covey is, hands down, the best injector. When I was unable to find which clinic she left for, I truly felt lost trying to find someone I trusted. When I finally found her again at Elite Medi Spa, I was thrilled and booked immediately. She has a calm presence and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you sit down. She listens, explains everything thoroughly, and never makes you feel rushed or pressured. Elite Medi Spa is incredibly lucky to have Dr. Covey!
