I have been coming to Natalie at Lemon drop for a year now and she is amazing! I came in as a box dye girl wanting a change and to lighten my hair. Going from red box dye to a Salon. Natalie was the best, she listened to what I was looking to do and was completely honest about the difficulty because of the red. After the first session and pulling out so much red it was better than I expected! I have had several more sessions and my hair look and feels amazing. Each session I am getting more and more the look I was wanting. So glad I took the chance and came to lemon drop and put my trust in Natalie. She is so highly recommended!

Best haircut I’ve had in five years. Jenna is incredibly talented, professional, and a genuinely excellent listener. I have long, thick hair and have had some rough cuts recently, so I was nervous for my first appointment, but she absolutely nailed it. My hair looks better than I thought it could, and I’ll be booking with her regularly from now on. The salon is clean, chic, and modern, and the pricing is a solid value. I love love love that they post recent photos of each stylist’s work on their website, it makes it so much easier to find the right fit. Brilliant idea. Update: I also saw Lindsey for brow shaping and lamination and she is wonderful. My skin is extremely sensitive, so I’m usually hesitant, but whatever product she used was gentle, no burning or irritation like I’ve had elsewhere AND my brows look exactly how I hoped they would. She’s talented, detail-oriented, and so sweet. Highly recommend this salon. I’m genuinely impressed and excited to have found them!

I had a great experience here! I needed a Saturday appointment and I got one! Ashlyn did an amazing job with my hair, and the salon itself is clean, cute, and modern. I was offered a drink right away, and the coffee was fresh. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have met with Sydney for a couple years. She is a color specialist and has helped me with color, bangs, and styling. Her tips have helped my hair to be way healthier since I first met her. Sydney is down to earth and very professional. I am grateful! At one appt I really needed a phone charger to finish a task and she found one for me! I enjoy Sydney and Lemon Drop every time I go.

I had an amazing experience with Haley at LemonDrop Salon!! She made me feel comfortable and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. She's not only incredibly skilled, but also so warm and easy to talk to. They even held a parking spot for me because I had my dog with me! Haley gave my hair exactly the refresh it needed. The cut/color turned out even better than I expected. Highly recommend Haley if you're looking for someone who truly cares about making your hair look its best. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I just moved to the area and worked with Dani — I’m never going anywhere else, ever!! She was so nice, informative and listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. The space was also so pretty and relaxing. Such a great experience, and so grateful to have Lemon Drop as my new salon.

To the Management of Lemon Drop Salon, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the services I received during my recent appointment. This experience has been deeply upsetting, particularly as I had specifically chosen to invest in a professional salon service for a seemingly straightforward hair treatment. My appointment was scheduled on October 29th for a custom coloring session, with the singular objective of addressing approximately one inch of natural root regrowth on my existing blonde hair. Crucially, I did not require a new lightening service; I simply needed a root touch-up to maintain my current color. During the booking process, I explicitly noted the required service in the appointment comments, stating: "I recently went blonde and I need my roots done." Despite this clear communication, upon arrival, I was paired with a stylist who informed me, in her own words, that she "does not do blonde-ing." This mismatch between the scheduled service and the stylist's capabilities resulted in a service that did not meet my expectations. I must also note that the salon's website provides no clear indication or listing of specific services restricted by individual stylist. The outcome of this appointment has been extremely disappointing and emotionally distressing. As a result, I now have significant reservations about booking future salon appointments, especially at your establishment. I request a formal review of your scheduling and client-stylist matching process to ensure clients are appropriately matched with qualified professionals for the services they book and clearly request.
