Visited the store a month ago and had an overall excellent experience. Great customer service, provided details and advice on hair & face recommendation for hair style, and had a friendly/welcoming atmosphere. By far my favorite out of everything was the "Chair-side manner" ("bedside manner"). Highly respectable, wise, and welcoming. It is rare to find staff to have such a high level of customer service and speaking skills. Thank you very much!

So my dad was getting his hair colored and cut at a barbershop for the first time in 60 years. My mom has always cut his hair. So I was very nervous cause he has an 86 year-old man set in his ways who absolutely loves his comb over. And, my two critical sisters were very invested, and they are very picky and opinionated. So I called a bunch of places and found this place. On the phone, the gentleman who answered was very straightforward and curt if I may be honest. So I was hesitant. I wanted to make sure my dad was comfortable. When we got there, Mark took care of my dad and was absolutely wonderful. So personable and a true pro. My dad doesn’t like many people because he’s old and crotchety but loved Mark. Mark was knowledgeable and knows how to handle hair. He gave his expert opinions on the hair color, but then also allowed us options. He knew what my dad would want, which was to preserve his comb over but delicately cut and shape it. I saw him cutting others’ while waiting for my dads color to kick in. Truly did such a neat and clean job. Mark was so nice and so friendly. Even the 25 minutes in the color chair went quick because he kept talking to my dad about all kinds of things. Very appreciative for his professionalism and that my dad’s hair looks awesome. Thank you. Will definitely come again.

Mark and his son David are great men. Always kind and open for a good conversation. The guys are all highly skilled at their craft. I’ve been coming to Mark and David for nearly 2 decades. They are clean and quick but never rush. I bring my son to get hair cuts and Mark does a wonderful job cutting his hair. He is now 6 years old and loves finishing his haircut with a nice lollipop. I always look forward to my weekend haircuts. Always makes me happy after a long week of work. Get a fresh cut, share some laughs and then enjoy my weekend. I highly recommend these guys. They are class acts of the highest standards. Anybody that says otherwise is a fool.

By far the best Barbershop I ever went to in the past 50 years. What a great place! A family-owned business which is a staple in the Bayside Community. David and his Father Mark know how to treat their customers. David the owner give me a skin fade every single week. I have been going there for the past 5 years now and I consider these guys part of my extended family. I look forward to seeing the guys every week to get a skin fade and shoot the breeze. My 13 year old son won't go anywhere else for his haircut as well. That tells you something! You guys are the best! Thank you Dave and Mark!

It was my first time at this barber shop and I was nervous at first but I couldn't have left any happier. Most barbers tend to do go on to do their own thing but these barbers are incredibly attentive. They go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want and treat you with care. The setting is also comfortable and friendly, with TVs to keep you entertained. Prices are very reasonable and they accept card. I strongly recommend you go to this place for polite service and a low-priced clean cut

I have been going to this place for years and haven't gone anywhere else. It look at long time to find people who get the fade I want right. They listen to exactly how you want your hair cut and they get it right. This is the best place to get a fade in NYC. Cheap prices, and I get the skin fade every time. Mark and David there are the best. Check it out, you won't regret it.
