My hair came out the best ever. For years I’ve been trying to get this. The staff was wonderful and did exactly what I asked for! Thank you!!

I spoke with the boss about waiting to see how my faded color looked before deciding on the next shade. I asked for silver and confirmed it many times. However, it turned out the boss had already prepared brown in advance. The result was black and brown, not the silver I requested. If it had been black and silver, it would have been perfect. The staff were meticulous and kind (three hearts for them), but I was disappointed that the boss was so strong-willed and did not respect my choice.If he had simply done the silver I requested, this would have been the best barber shop to recommend.

Not happy I was looking for a salon that can do my hair, the way I wanted and I went here I ask to the staff before doing my hair and I even show pictures to them as a reference of how I wanted the hair and I ask if they can do it, they told me "yes we can" and so I ended up doing my hair there’s, but once they finish it didn’t come out looking like the picture or the way I wanted I didn’t say anything cuz I’m not someone who like to confront people, but it’s very disappointing to me the fact that they say they can do something and they do something totally different and also the payment for that was kinda high just to have something I didn’t like 🙁 ( I just give birth and I tough that getting my hair done even something as simple as that could’ve make me feel better and I ended up even sadder and disappointed)

🚨 Avoid Excellence on Bell Blvd 🚨 I went back exactly as the owner Jesse told me to, and only after that did I notice a pattern in the reviews ….. she tells people to "come back in weeks or months," then gives them a hard time when they do. Same thing happened to me. I asked politely, with my daughter present, and we were treated like garbage in front of the store. Now she’s claiming she’ll "make it right" …don’t believe it. She deletes negative comments on Instagram. This place used to be good years ago. Now it’s empty, overpriced, and they clearly don’t know what they’re doing. My $400 balayage ruined my hair. Save your money and go elsewhere. 🚫✂️ *****the owner responded This response is clearly fake. But When I went to the store, I was humiliated in front of other customers, as if I was looking for free services and I had paid $500 for a balayage for my daughters and haircut for my other daughter. . Read the reviews on Yelp and Nextdoor: this salon is unprofessional, the stylists ignore instructions, and they treat clients like garbage. And damage your hair ! Don’t waste your time or money here.

Avoid this salon at all cost!! I asked for a SIMPLE mid length straight cut, but ended up with a super short hair! They don’t know what they’re doing and they definitely don’t care and listen to their clients. Don’t waste your time and money going here. And their male dairdressers should be replaced.

Asked for bangs and just a bit of layering in the front ,end up with uneven bangs and what pretty much looks like a mullet was not AT ALL what i asked for from a picture i showed during the haircut i noticed he was cutting way more than i had asked for and he styled it to hide the fact he cut so much off ,when i went to pay i said i was unsatisfied with my haircut and they recommended that someone else cut it … i at that point didnt want no one else to touch it yes its hair but it doesnt just grow overnight. Just be aware of your hairstylist once you see it’s not being cut the way you want or else you’re gonna have to wait until it grows again, which sucks to write this review since they were so good with everything now it just seems like they rush to get you in and out and not actually do it correctly.

I came here about 2 years ago and loved the way my hair was done. Fast-forward to now. I went again and had a horrible experience. The first picture is what I loved and asked for again. The second picture is current I called the salon and was disappointed at how bad my hair turned out, and it wasn’t what I wanted, so they told me to come back the next day, and they'd "fix it", which, in other words, meant bleach it even more. I truly thought this was the salon for me, but unfortunately, that will not be the case. Also, not trying to discriminate but the four people working on my hair, no one understood English, so I wasn’t able to explain my concerns properly due to the language barrier.
