Roy and team are now going to be my only salon from now on! They are so sweet, efficient, and gave me the best cut and color I’ve ever had. Not chatty but extremely hospitable and nice people. I had a wonderful experience at this salon. The service was excellent, the place was clean, and my hair color turned out exactly how I wanted. They also cut my hair perfectly, just the way I asked for. I’m really impressed and will definitely come back for a keratin treatment next time. I’ll also be recommending this place to my friends. This was my first time coming to a salon to get my hair done professionally after many years of box dye, and im truly in love. Everyone here was so caring and each of the staff members helped in every way possible. They were super kind and patient with me considering I came in a bit unsure of what exactly I was going for. Definitely would recommend coming here, they explain and answer any questions very thoroughly , I truly loved the environment, the team once again worked so amazing together and the final outcome of my hair turned out even better then I expected !

I had such a great experience getting my balayage done here Roy and his team absolutely nailed the shade I wanted. They took the time to talk through what I was going for and made sure everything came out perfectly. The whole team was so friendly and welcoming, they really took the time with my hair and was very patient which I’m really grateful for because I have a lot of hair. Came here to get my hair colored for the first time from straight black virgin hair. Roy and his staff did the process so well and took their time. I love that they didn’t use great deal of bleach when lightening my hair. I wanted a brownish combo but also uplifting my hair color. I spent around 5 hours in the salon and was so impressed with how nicely they did the hair! Also, I recommend to bring cash if you’re paying for the services because there’s a higher tax charge if you pay with credit card! They have an ATM on site as well with fee.

I’ve been to many hair salons but this one exceeded my expectations. I was a little nervous because I wanted to do a big color change and I haven’t had good experience achieving de color that I want. But let me tell you , I was surprised when the even did a testing color twice before dying all my hair, which I found very professional. Everyone was very kind, they even offered me water and snacks. I liked that they covered my back properly so I don’t get wet when washing my hair. I don’t know what else to say, I am very happy with the result. Thank you to everyone at prime one!
