I have been going to Catherine for about 4 years and she has always done an amazing job from my routine trims to my wedding design to my baby shower hair style. I absolutely adore her. She always takes her time and everything has always come out wonderful. Thank you Catherine for everything ❤️

They only know how to work with straight hair. I walked in to get a quote for an elegant curled up-do for a wedding. I was quoted $120 but I had to come with my hair already washed and straightened (I have wavy curls). I looked at all the stylists and everyone sitting in their chairs, and the type of hair they all had. So they literally thought I was going to pay them $120 to curl and pin my shoulder length hair up. It was a sleezy way of letting me know that they don't service my kind there. Pass on this place if you don't fit the profile or they'll try to rob you blind.

Frou Frou & Zen salon is the BEST! Catherine is a hair genius. She always does the best job with color and cut. I trust her implicitly because my hair always looks amazing. The space is new, clean and great location. You will leave happy with beautiful hair and from spending time with such a wonderful person!

This is a fantastic salon! I was new to New York and looked all over for a good place to go - I am really picky. I’m so happy I found Frou Frou & Zen. They did a fantastic job with my long hair. I got blonde balayage and the color is exactly what I wanted. This will be my new permanent salon!
