Booked a balayage with Jeffy, he was very nice and worked patiently and delicately with my hair. I really liked the blonde color he was able to achieve and also the cut. Will come back hopefully soon.
I got ash blonde partial highlights as well as toner and k18 treatment by Jeffy. It came out looking fabulous!!!!!!!! My favorite hair salon in the world for a reason! Ready to be wifed up now!! 💕
Updated since salon replied: I am very dissatisfied with my hair color and hair quality so very disappointed that I need to cut all my hair off now. I went to this salon on New Year’s Eve 12/31/24 wanting a refresh on my blonde balayage hair. I’ve been blonde for 13 years plus. So I booked half head balayage, olaplex treatment, haircut, blow dry and curls w Jeff’s. During the consultation Jeffy suggested I do something different. He mentioned doing Highlights with few lowlights for better dimension <— huge mistake! He never even showed me the color of the lowlights and I regret not asking. After washing my hair and removing all the curls from new years I realized Jeffy dyed most of my hair this super dark color that I think may be black. Why would anyone add black lowlights onto a blonde???? My natural hair is brown not black and I did mention that during to Jeffy. He covered a lot of my previously highlighted hair with this dark black color and lightened my money piece and ends. I am sooo disappointed with my hair. He damaged it completely and did not color my hair correctly. Look at the pictures why is the top of my hair blonde, black in the middle then blonde underneath? Highlights aren’t suppose to look like this! My hair was NOT colored correctly even after spending well over $600 - $700 here. He was not worth my time, money nor the experience. I’ve been crying ever since I went there. Now I have a BIG PROBLEM! If I bleach the black lowlighted hair to blonde again my hair will certainly break from over processing. All because of the amount of low lights he added to my hair and those go almost all the way up to the root. It will take years to grow out and I’m afraid I have to cut all my hair off and wear a wig until my hair grows out completely. This will take years. Thanks Jeffy! If you really cared you would have called me, you have my phone #. I will NEVER EVER go back to this salon and I do not recommend Jeffy at all!!!! He did what he wanted and I should have left after he told me that I looked like a Mexican. Who says that to someone? I would never go back to a salon that did such a terrible job. Why would I go back? For you to ruin my hair further? Jeff do you think I would let you touch my hair again after what you did? I regret the day I went to this salon. And my advice to anyone that reads this: avoid this salon at all costs!!! By the way even though I booked half head balayage they charged me for a whole head and Jeffry never said he was doing my whole head. So I will be disputing this transaction with my credit card. And the hair cut is horrible too but atleast that can be fixed. My hair is uneven and does not suit me. He cut way too much and my hair looks super damaged all over. Smh worst experience ever!
This place was affordable, ran on time and was very pleasant. You can book online, and a basic cut (without wash) and blow dry was $40 (included tax) my stylist was a pro- it looks like she could do a 10/10 cut in her sleep. They did exactly what i asked- cut the hair, make it look nice, less than 35 minutes because I dont want it to take 3 hours to do my hair. Also, the stylist gave me her opinion, like "you should do this and that so it looks better as it grows out" , I like a place that gives some professional advice and a person with opinions instead of just thinking the customer knows best. Probably anyone leaving 1 star reviews went in thinking they knew what was best for their look and hair when they probably don't know anything beyond what they watched on TikTok. Love this place and will be going back.
I love my hair and I’m very sentimental towards it so I’m always very skeptical about finding someone to cut my hair, and I let it grow out too long because I get scared. I booked a 10am appointment here because it had good google reviews. I show up at 940 (says online they open at 930 and I’m always early everywhere I go, I hate when people are late.) The door was locked and nobody would let me in until 955. The nail artist asked why I was there so early when my appointment wasn’t until 10. (Very weird to ask why someone is early to an appointment?) I’m here early because I respect people’s time and you’re supposed to be open already. Whatever. The girl cutting my hair shows up a little after 10 and we get started on my hair. She was very nice and explained everything to me. She knew I don’t get my hair cut often and I didn’t want to lose too much length. She made me feel very comfortable and understood. She spent forever giving me a good shampoo and scrub which was amazing, and throughout the whole time I was there, she explained every product she used, recommended things for me to try, etc. I paid with the guy at the front desk and he kept insisting I tip in cash or Zelle (didn’t have either) and he seemed upset I wanted to tip on my card. He said they really prefer you don’t tip on a card here. I left a standard 20% tip so not sure why it’s his business how I do it. It’s hours after my appointment now and I realized there’s a good chunk of my haircut that looks bad. My face framing layers are not blended on one side, it’s cut straight across in a straight line. Not gonna bother going back there to get it fixed so I’m gonna have someone else fix it and it should be an easy fix to blend it out, but now my face framing is gonna have to go way shorter than I wanted it to be so I can even it out on both sides. Mistakes happen but I won’t come back here. Price was good, other than this piece that looks not great I do like my haircut. Compared to other places that charge $80 for a wash and cut with no blowout, this wash and cut cost $45 plus a 20% tip.
Did not have a good experience at this place. I went for my birthday in June because my regular place moved and prices looked better here, but my hair was completely orange when I asked for a natural, caramel balayage. I was horrified when I got home because they had me leave with my hair not completely dried. Looking through the reviews, I did not know you could go back to fix anything, nor did I have the time to, so I just washed my hair as much as possible. I included the result and the reference photo I gave.
Jeffy is the best hairstylist!! He always sees my vision and is so good at bringing it to life! I trust him so much and it’s a great experience every time.
