Always come back to Heenas to do my eyebrows and haircuts no matter where I move to! Tithi is the only person I trust with my eyebrows. Elsa does layers so well - she gives me twice the volume I walk in with before my haircut. Highly recommend!

I have been visiting Heena's salon since 2009. I have had a great experience for all my treatments and specifically for Facial , head massage and Eye therapy. Heena takes personal interest in ensuring her salon provides best-in-class experience and results. I had black spots under my eye for many years and decided to work with Heena and her salon to resolve my issue. The results I have gained through her treament blew past my expectations. I have no black spots under my eye as a result for over 14 years now. Her facial treatment is just out of this earth, relaxing and brings back glow, natural charm, & facial fluff on my face. In summmary, She is a professional and keeps her clients engaged throughout the treatment and makes you feel at home. I highly recommend Heena's salon and her professional stylists for all types of treatment, and you can be confident that the outcome will be highly satisfied. Favorite threading spot I’ve ever been to in my life! I’ve been going to Tithi for over a year for my brows. She is excellent at threading and also has a great vision when it comes to brow shaping. Prices are unbeatable also. Highly recommend!!

Didhi is amazing! She has the sweetest soul and loves to give good advice about acne! I have been going to her for a while now and she is just awesome, go to her if you need waxing or threading 🙂

DO NOT get your hair done by Tina!! She books multiple clients at the same time and constantly jumps between them. Because of that, my hair was left processing way too long during a color service and ended up severely over-processed and damaged. Completely careless and irresponsible. She was also incredibly rude and disrespectful. I have naturally jet-black hair and she repeatedly accused me of lying about my hair being previously colored, even after I clearly told her it wasn’t. Instead of listening to her client, she argued with me and talked down to me the entire time. On top of everything else, she is VERY rough with your hair. Nothing about the appointment was relaxing or pleasant — she was aggressive, rushed, and careless while handling my hair. It genuinely felt uncomfortable the entire time. When it became obvious she messed up, she refused to take accountability. Her attempt to "fix" it was sloppy and half-hearted, she barely used any product, and it was clear she didn’t care about the outcome at all. She is a horrible hairstylist and should not be doing color services if she can’t properly manage clients or take responsibility for her work. To make matters worse, the salon owner took absolutely zero accountability and brushed it off by saying Tina is an "independent employee." It’s a shame because the eyebrow ladies at this salon are great, but I’m writing this to warn others. Save yourself the damage, stress, and disrespect — do NOT get your hair done by Tina.

I’ve seen Tithi & Nidhi for eyebrow threading and they’ve both done an amazing job with my brows. I’m super particular about my eyebrows and I always leave super satisfied! Plus, you can’t beat the price.

Well I came in here to get my mustache waxed and Heta did an absolutely lovely job very delicate with my skin I had never had someone with such a light hand and I have tried over 100 different salons trust me. I then asked about the facials and Heta was very informative so I decided to do a blackhead removal on my nose and my goodness did she make a difference it was unbelievable I have never done it before she was very good. After that I decided to try getting my hair blown out with a girl named Tina and wow she basically replaced my hairdresser in Manhattan. She works quickly & the blow out last for various days about five and I touch it up with dry shampoo! You should definitely take a look at this salon if you’re in the area! Let me save you some time from going to naturaspa the hairdressers are inexperienced he took over an hour in half to do my hair & kept burning my scalp.
