I can’t recommend this salon enough! She’s an incredibly talented stylist who truly cares about her clients and their hair. She always takes the time to recommend styles and colors that fit my look and what I’m going for. I really appreciate how she uses high-quality products that don’t damage my hair. When I mentioned wanting to go lighter, she suggested doing it gradually without harsh chemicals, and the results have been amazing every time I come in. My hair feels healthy, looks beautiful, and I always leave feeling confident. If you’re looking for someone who knows their craft and genuinely cares about your hair’s health, this is the place to go!

The reviews don’t lie! Lucy and her team are knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I found her salon after signing up for the License to Glow membership, and I’m so glad I did. There was a small hiccup when I forgot to book a blowout along with my all-over color, but Lucy kindly helped me work through a solution. She took the time to make sure I got the vibrant red I was hoping for, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. 10/10 recommend

Lucy did a fantastic job cutting and styling my hair! I've been rocking the benefits of the blowout she gave me for about 3 days now and people are still stopping me on the street to compliment my hair! The haircut she gave me looks so good and my hair feels super healthy after too!

I’ve been seeing Lucy for about eight years now, and somehow she still surprises me every time. I’ve gone through just about every hairstyle phase imaginable, and she’s the only person who consistently gets it right. She actually listens, remembers little details about what I liked last time, what didn’t work, and always finds a way to make it better. What I love most is that she doesn’t just "do" hair — she collaborates with you. You leave feeling like yourself, just the most polished, confident version. Definitely would recommend this salon to anyone who appreciates fair prices, a space that’s never pretentious, and a team that makes you feel instantly comfortable. I came to this salon a couple months ago after another hair place left me with dark muddy navy-blue hair. Lucy put in some highlighted areas and brightened the blue which was quite a long process. She is understanding and listened to what I wanted while still working to limit damage to my hair as it had been previously over-bleached and uneven Yesterday was my first time back to touch up, and my hair is officially the prettiest blue I've had in a long time. It's bright and vibrant, but my hair is still soft. When it comes to the haircut it was quick and done well, Lucy is friendly but also works fast which I appreciate 💙

First time visiting and had amazing service! Lucy was able to do exactly what i wanted based on the pictures I showed her and it was perfect! she was even gracious enough to squeeze me in last minute the following day to thin out some pieces. Really lovely experience, can’t wait to go back!

BrighTouch hair salon is excellent and its owner Lucy is awesome. I have been coming here to have my hair done since its grand opening back in June 2024. I trust Lucy will do a great job every time and let her do whatever she feels like at that moment and I have never been disappointed. I would recommend it to everyone!
