Absolutely 0 stars. I went to Michael to get the black dye out of my hair and go brunette. Which he had done previously years before. He bleached my roots which I had grown out for 3+ months to color match proceeded to re dye my bleached roots black and , left my hair knotted and tangled which i had to brush out 2,3 times myself. Left my hair blotchy and uneven, and charged me 380$. When asked for some of a refund I got no response. Don’t waste your time or your money here. I was genuinely dissatisfied and dissapointed. Do not go to Michael.
Michael is amazing! He did such a wonderful job on my hair, even when I didn't know for sure what I wanted. It came out even better than we discussed and looks so pretty!
Great location with all measures to be safe be taken! Love!!!
