I visited Miko for the first time today for a natural curly cut with (Kat). I thoroughly enjoyed my service and was appreciative of her time and attention. My appointment was at 12pm and she started right on time. I was a little apprehensive about getting a wash n go because I’m a twist out girly but she did a great job and eased my nerves. I was also in and out of the salon in less than three hours from start to finish which I also appreciated. I’ll definitely return for a cut in the future.

Ms. April was patient, a good listener, artistic, and having a good eye for hair. She explained the color correction process and how to achieve a goal look with minimal damage. I will be making another appointment soon. Thank you April.

My hair loves Kat! First, she listens to my needs and helps me figure out the best cut and treatment to keep my hair looking great. I never feel pressured to buy products or services I don't need. My hair texture is soft and curly so it takes a lot to find the balance between defined curls and frizz. Kat also takes the time to help me understand my hair and how to style it myself. She nails it every time! I have had two appointments and will absolutely continue to see her.

Amanda did an amazing job on my son's braids. He walk out smoking from ear to ear. Didn't even wait to get in the car before asking when we are coming back. I highly recommend her and I will definitely be back.

I've been here 3 times and unfortunately 2 of those 3 experiences were really bad. My first time there I had a specific goal that I wanted. My stylist talked me out of it and convinced me that another route would be better. She ended up completely botching my hair color. It was nowhere close to what I had asked for and I left in tears. She realized she made a mistake and gave me a discount, but I was left with severely damaged hair and a color I did not want at all. However I decided to give her a second chance because I really didn't want to find a new salon. The second time she did a pretty good job, and we had much better communication. Unfortunately, I still wasn't able to get the exact result I wanted, due to the fact that my hair was damaged from the last time. The third time....she kept me waiting for 90 minutes. I came in for my 4:30 appointment and she told me she was almost done with her last client so I stuck around. However, she still had to wash, cut and style her last client. I didn't get to sit in her chair until 6pm. I will not be back.
