Much too expensive for the quality actually offered. The stylist was sloppy with his appointment calendar, he was openly critical of other stylists, and he ruined my shirts on more than one occasion by being careless with the color application. The cut was adequate but the color faded within the first week.

I have been a client of Brandi’s for 2 years and honestly she’s the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. I had been searching for someone that does natural/ashy blonde highlights for a while and Brandi introduced me to baby-lights. I go ever 3-4 months (I’d consider myself low maintenance) and her service lasts me until my next appointment. I always enjoy the nice conversations we have at our appointments. My hair has never been healthier with any other stylist and I feel I finally have the hair color of my dreams!

I had my first appointment here with Brandi who was absolutely amazing! I recently had a terrible experience with another stylist at a different salon and Brandi was here to SAVE THE DAY!! My hair hasn’t looked this healthy in so long, and she was able to practically recreate my inspo photos I sent her. My advice is, go see Brandi!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. When I arrived, one of the first things Nagi asked was how long ago I had gotten a haircut. I told him it had been six months, and he immediately said I would need to cut significantly more than my standard trim. I made it very clear that I only wanted to trim what was necessary, as I loved my long, natural, curly hair that reached my waist. Unfortunately, by the time I realized how much he was cutting, I had lost eight inches of length. I understand that curly hair has shrinkage, but for my hair to end up this short, he must have cut at least 3-4 inches more than what was necessary. To make matters worse, the top layer of my hair now falls above my jawline—significantly shorter than the rest—leaving me with an uneven, choppy look. After cutting my hair, he asked if I wanted it styled straight or curly. Since it was raining outside, I opted for curly. His idea of styling curly hair was to rake his fingers through it while it was half-dry, then use a diffuser for five minutes while continuously running his fingers through it and fluffing the roots—causing extreme frizz. His "solution" to the frizz was simply adding more product, yet I still left the salon with my hair 50% wet. Throughout the appointment, I mentioned that I already use high-quality Aveda and Curlsmith products, but he repeatedly asked if I needed to buy more. It felt like a hard sell rather than genuine advice, as he brought it up multiple times even after I declined. I was in and out of the salon in just 30 minutes, and for the price I paid, I expected far better service—especially from someone who claims to be a "curl specialist." I left feeling incredibly disappointed and regretful. If you have curly hair and value your length, I would not recommend this salon.

Mia did my hair! She’s a new stylist at the salon and her love of taking care of her clients truly shows! She made me feel the best I’ve felt in a long time, boosting my confidence and making me feel so beautiful! She has done my brother and male friends and their hair has always turned out amazing! So not only is she phenomenal with women’s hair, men’s haircuts are also one of her strong suits! Her experience in the salon industry truly shows and I could never recommend a more perfect stylist!

I got the best haircut in years with Jessica . She asked a lot of questions, listen and explained me what was her opinion about how I should take care of my hair. She created beautiful layers and framed my face mainting my very long hair. She gave me a lot of tips how to care for my hair in a easy way. The salon is beautiful and everyone is very welcoming.

Update: The salon contacted me to apologize for bleaching my clothing, and reimbursed me for the loss. I appreciate this gesture, and therefore I have changed my review from 2 stars to 3 stars. I had my haircut and highlights done by Haley yesterday. Haley was polite and attentive, but seemed inexperienced with regards to cutting longer hair. However, I wasn’t too concerned as I was just getting a trim. My biggest concern is that my sweatshirt that I wore for my appointment was completely ruined with the bleach used for my highlights. I’ve been getting my hair highlighted for 23 years, and I’ve never had my clothing ruined. Haley did not cover my clothing properly, and only offered me a lightweight smock - no towels or protection on my back at all. My back was soaked by the end of my appointment. Haley took the time to try to dry off the back of my shirt at the end of my appointment, at which point I have to assume she noticed that my shirt was destroyed. Because my hair is so long, I didn’t notice until I returned home from my appointment that my shirt was completely destroyed in the back. I am really disappointed with this experience. I would highly recommend more training for highlighting/coloring clients’ hair.
