I really loved the recent renovation/upgrade at this salon — they’ve made many improvements, and it truly shows. What always stands out to me in any salon is cleanliness, and this place did an amazing job. I especially appreciated that the staff wear scrubs and gloves, particularly during manicure and pedicure services. This is very important to me, so please keep this up!! I also want to specifically mention Ely she was amazing. She did my manicure and was very kind, flexible, and attentive to exactly what I wanted. I loved that she used new, sealed instruments in a plastic bag, which made me feel very comfortable and safe!!!

I had a very disappointing and painful experience. After my eyelash extension service, I couldn’t open my eyes properly and felt strong pulling on my natural lashes. When the technician tried to fix the issue, a large amount of remover was applied directly to my eyelids. My eyes started burning immediately and I did not open my eyes because it was covered with a pad, limiting ventilation. The burning continued for hours. I had visible whitening on my eyelids and significant irritation. Because of this, I was forced to go to another professional place the same day and pay to have the extensions SAFELY removed. During removal, it was very clear that an excessive amount of glue had been used, coming off in large clumps with the lashes. I’m sharing this review so others can be cautious, especially when it comes to eye safety.

I've been going to Jolimia Salon for several years and have never left disappointed. Khadija is great with my hair (cut, the occasional color and Brazilian treatment) and Ely does an amazing job on my nails (acrylics, gel polish and pedicures) The salon is clean and everyone is friendly and professional and the the prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking to be pampered.

I have come to this salon for about 1.5 years and always leave very happy with my nails! Ely always does an AMAZING job! She is the best nail person I have found! She is patient and so good at what she does! The salon is also very welcoming and clean and everyone is very nice! I can’t say enough good things about this place or the service Ely provides every time!

I have been going to Jolimia salon since they opened. My hair stylist Khadija is amazing but unfortunately I don't like how the business is run. This is the second time I was charged more than anticipated. During last appointment I was charged for service I didnt even know I had or I approved of (deep conditioning), this time I was charged $50 more for full highlights than what their website says (they changed prices but still working on website updates). Overall Khadija gets 4 stars but the salon gets maybe 2. If it wasnt so hard to find good hairdresser, I wouldn't go back.

I had a great pedicure experience with Ely. She was very professional, gentle, and detail-oriented. My feet felt clean, relaxed, and the results were beautiful. I highly recommend her.

I can’t say enough good things about Khadija. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt comfortable and understood. She listened carefully and delivered results beyond my expectations. My hair looks absolutely stunning. She’s talented, professional, and has the most beautiful energy.
