She has a true eye for detail and listens to exactly what you want, while still giving expert suggestions that make the end result even better. She’s also done my curly cuts in the past, and every single one has come out perfect. It’s so hard to find someone who truly understands curly hair, but Susy gets it — the shape, the bounce, everything. I always leave her chair feeling confident and refreshed. On top of her talent, Susy is warm, patient, and makes the entire experience relaxing from start to finish. Just know this: Susy is a hair sorceress. I have been going to see Susy for around 3 years now and what she does is pure magic. I have hair down to my butt and I’m blonde, and let me tell you, Susy knows blonde. I’m a natural dark blonde and she’s taken me everywhere from platinum to "90s blonde" to "old money blonde". The blonde she does on me now is inimitable it’s whimsical, cold, and deep. I like to call it "gothic blonde". If you want a conservative "rich-lady blonde" Susy can do it. If you want an alternative blonde Susy is the ONLY one who can do it. Not only does she conjure this blonde magic she keeps my hair long, healthy, and strong. Truly, from my heart, she’s the best. She’s been in the game forever and trust me she knows the secrets.

I’ve been going to Susy for more than 10 years. Each time she does an awesome job! I’ve had pixie cuts to bobs and she’s always on point. I have tons of very fine, straight hair that Susy always colors to perfection and cuts equally well. She gets very close to my scalp when highlighting so the look is super natural. She’s the best!

If you’ve got curly hair this is 100% the spot for you! It’s very difficult to find someone that understands your hair (even better when they understand more than you do) so it was a huge relief to finally find a place that you trust. I love my new cut and loved the environment she harbors, she’s inclusive to everyone no matter who you are. I was a little anxious but mostly excited to meet you and learn from you what could do so my hair finally felt like me. I am at the very beginning of my curly hair adventure and your chair is the place to be. The language of curly hair is so different and you started me off with an amazing foundation; the why of the cut, how to wash, how to detox on my own, and how to apply product. We worked on my curls together. I have such a long way to go, but this is truly the first time in my life I looked in the mirror and said…I can do this when I go home. But most importantly I saw me. I have been seeing Susy for Curl cuts for about 9 months. But recently, I also did PRP/Redlight for my thinning hair. IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!! I did six weeks in a row with Susy. It was so amazing. I sat under the red light after a wash. Under the red light I had a deep condition treatment. It was so healing. My scalp felt so much better. Not only did i have more hair growth, I also have thickness returning! I am struggling with technology so I can not upload the videos, I am very sorry. I loved seeing susy for 6 weeks because I got to work on my curls with her, and get an amazing deep condition, and then I got my curls styled. Susy loves what she does, wants her people to find their hair style and she is always investigating how to improve her skills and give her clients the most current trends, styles, and treatments to meet their needs! Susy is the best. The two pics don’t do her work and help justice, the video won’t load but the difference over 6 weeks was exciting and made me so hopeful for my hair to return to healthy thickness. 20/10 recommend for anything. She is great, fun to talk with, and offers such wonderful hair care and is so KIND! I will be following up with more pics, but trust her with your hair. The Red light therapy is awesome. You should do this if you have scalp issues, thinning hair, you name it.
