Nana is amazing! She did an absolute impeccable job with my sew-in. I love my extensions install. She was very quick, maybe the quickest anyone has ever done a sew-in for me. Her braiding was comfortable and did not hurt (I am tender-headed). She blew my hair out and trimmed my ends. Her prices were good, and she provided excellent service ! Would highly recommend her. She has decades of experience and it shows. I’ll be back. Thank you for re-creating the exact style I wanted.

I got two braids exactly one week ago. I was disappointed. She didn't mold my hair first with braiding gel. Instead she just braided first and then put some regular brown gel afterwards along with mousse and sat me under the dryer. I realized it was brown gel when I got home and looked in the mirror at the back of my head and noticed my gray hair was brownish. Also, the braids were way higher than the picture I showed before she started. The two braids didn't last.

I had the most amazing experience getting my knotless braids done! The service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The stylist was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. I was blown away by how quickly they worked—just about 4 hours and 15 minutes for a full head of beautifully braided hair! What truly impressed me was how gracefully they maneuvered while braiding—so quick, yet so precise. The results are stunning. My braids are neat, lightweight, and exactly the look I wanted. I’ve never seen anything like it before. I’ll definitely come back again and again, and I would recommend them to all my friends. This kind of skill and service is rare—simply unmatched!

My stylist did such a rough job and was trying to get out the door to go home. Maybe she shouldn’t have booked a 6 o’clock appointment and needed to leave early.. I hated my hair, not enough to leave out was left out and it was for my birthday now I have to order an Amazon wig and install it myself. I saw nice reviews so I tried this place out, but I don’t think I’ll be returning. She was a very quick braider, but when I told her that I could see a track she was still worried about getting the payment for my service. Then she asked me do I want to flat my own hair at home… why would I do that if I came to the hair salon to get styled. The prices are incorrect. They say they charge $30 per bundle. I got a wash too and three bundles installed and I’m a teacher so if you’re doing the math 30×3. Is 90 90+25 is 115 so how did I come out spending 218 on a style that I hated and she didn’t have time to style because she was so worried about putting me out of the chair.

This salon has great customer service. Naneh always greets you with a beautiful smile! Khadijah is the best!! She does stellar braiding! I highly recommend this braiding salon. You will not be disappointed. They can braid and style the shortest of shortest hair and send you out looking like a million bucks!!!
